上碟都幾靚,由麻醬撈上粉皮,夾雜爽口青瓜絲和雞絲一齊食,幾有口感和清新。

餐廳雖係新開,但老闆本身其實已經開左好多間京川滬餐廳架喇,呢個係佢新進駐紅磡既鋪頭咋,所以野食係夠曬正宗,有曬經驗,真心係正宗京川滬。有咩食?講得出你要既野都有,例如: 海鮮 / 香鎬 / 小籠包 / 酸菜魚 / 水煮菜等等。下次再食小籠包呀!

係享譽世界的米芝蓮級台灣小籠包專賣店。
早係2001年,以特許經營、加盟方式首次在當年既黃埔蔡瀾美食坊,進軍香港。(尖沙咀新港既鼎泰豐係後來在2008年既直營店)。
而師傅就係當年係蔡瀾美食坊既鼎泰豐師傅!
咁多年既功夫,難怪呢度小籠包堅掂!
以佢水準,

朋友介紹黃埔天地奇妙坊黃埔的點匠佳餚上海菜不錯,所以今日來到黃埔,就專程揀了食點匠佳餚。今日時間尚早,但見到裏面差不多坐滿人,朋友介紹應該都冇錯。Menu有小炒、麵、小籠包……等等,都是上海菜的特色菜式。點匠小籠包$42點匠小籠包四個,細細個,一口一個,裡面的肉碎及湯汁都食得出的鮮味,正宗且美味!回鍋肉粗炒$88 粗面帶煙韌,炒得頗香及惹味!面有很多椰菜,及有青紅椒,所以粗炒很清爽。上海湯雲吞(菜肉) $48,6隻面上有少少蛋碎、生菜及蔥花,增添香味,雲吞飽滿大隻,當真是皮薄餡靚,食落鮮味多汁。排骨湯麵$72排骨湯麵也是有蛋碎、生菜及蔥花,麵食落口感煙韌有麥香,湯底清甜。上海排骨與香港的不同,一般餐廳都是用有骨豬扒,這裡也一樣,排骨切成長條形,外面香脆,裡面香口,且醃得入味。點匠鮮肉鍋貼$42 鍋貼相對皮稍厚,底部煎得金黃帶香脆,鮮味富肉汁!流沙煎堆$58很久未食過煎堆了,所以甜品點了個流沙煎堆,還熱辣辣的剛炸起,外面帶點香脆,煎堆非常軟糯,裏面流心蛋黃好香!好特別的流沙煎堆!飲品要了個豆漿$10。餐廳的價錢尚算平民,味道及食品正宗 高質,朋友介紹不錯,下次會再過來食~~
