I looked closely and saw hair in my rice. It was really integrated into the rice and I struggle to pull it out. When the long hair finally came out we discreetly and nicely told the servers about it and they took the dish away and did not apologise or say anything to try and make things better . I really think they can do better especially with their customer care and the people working in the kitchen because they have some serious competition.
