喺會展做完嘢走嘅時候見到呢間餐廳,之前都一直有聽講過佢嘅上海菜係好傳統係好食嘅。九點幾左右門口仲有幾個人等緊位,等咗大概2分鐘就有位入去搭枱食飯。兩個人叫咗4道菜,分別係擔擔面小籠包煎餃同上海粗炒。擔擔面:湯底濃郁,辣度適中,面質坦牙好食,如果有更多花生就便好。小籠包:皮厚薄適中,份糧為一口份,裡頭嘅汁唔會話過多或過熱,味道不俗。煎餃:比較上皮較厚,而肉質有小小干身,整體味道較淡,有少少失望上海粗炒:性價比較低,味道一般,同埋只有蔬菜為配料。整體上會再黎試,其一小籠包同擔擔面吸引而價錢又抵食,其二畢竟見到其他食客叫了其他傳統上海小菜,都想試過究竟。

老闆娘請客,十分好客!
我本人非常愛吃豆沙,但即製的一試便知曉。
另外豆沙甜度不偏不倚。細問之下,豆沙來貨也不便宜。



最後,要數令我念念不忘,也只有此間上海店!
因爲全手工,又有誠意。店員雖是老伙子,但都懂兩文三語,日文也可!
非常驚喜!

We ordered the crab yolk noodle, which was a dry egg noodle generously covered by crab yolk. The quality of the crab yolk was average this time. Could tell that at least 10% of the crab yolk wasn’t as fresh as it could be.

The pork xiaolongbao was consistent in quality. Steaming hot when it came out and the texture of the skin and the filling inside were Shanghai style. I personally prefer the Ding Tai Fung style, which tend to be smoother skin and the soup and pork fillings are well mixed up.

明明係白菜, 點解叫菜心獅子頭? 😂😂😂 肉球肉質嫩滑, 唔會死實實, 又唔會一 pat 嘢咁! 醬汁濃厚, 白菜新鮮, 仲有幾件木耳! 送飯一流...不過呢...有無人知點解客飯套餐會比2碗飯? 😳

招牌麵
咩餸都有嘅麵! 蝦仁, 雞 (醉2雞?), 大腸, 火腿, 肉條 (因為好粗, 所以唔可以叫肉絲), 仲有一隻荷包蛋...大雜燴是也! 啱晒貪心又有選擇困難症嘅人! 只係我覺得麵好大陣梘水味!

晚上10點才想到要食晚飯,想到來369,估唔到呢個時候仍然高朋滿座,幸好還有最後一張空枱。原本打算專攻小籠包,點了兩款-豬肉小籠包皮薄多汁,非常美味,食完再encore;蟹粉小籠包卻是大失所望,不但味道腥,而且因為蒸得過久而穿了皮,湯汁全都漏晒出黎。忽然看見牆上的手寫餐牌上有蟹粉麵,就點來一試。結果全晚最好食既就是蟹粉麵。每一口都是濃濃的蟹粉,而且新鮮。120蚊一碟十分超值!蟹季完結之前肯定回再光顧!
