呢排落雨又轉涼,最好梗係去打個熱邊爐。今次揀咗一間少人啲嘅616,貪佢容易搵位。呢間啲裝修用咗老香港鋪頭嘅設計,我哋一行四人就坐係個舖頭入面。入嚟616梗係食牛喇。呢期有日本直送信州和牛,叫信州特選和牛盛(赤身、牛腹肉、牛肩胛)仲送澳洲五花趾。四份梗係唔夠我哋食,仲叫咗牛駝峰、牛舌、花雕醉牛。仲有啲牛肉餃、蝦滑、菜等等。湯底只係叫個鴛鴦沙嗲/牛骨湯就夠。三款和牛都非常之淋,牛肩胛肉味最濃。五花趾係後腿肉,有少少根,有𡁻口。其他部份都好新鮮好正。仲有梗要叫埋呢到啲616原漿手工啤喇。花香味夠,又清香。每次嚟到都叫🍻

今日去咗西營盤去食牛肉火鍋,裏面嘅風格充滿情懷,好多唔同香港舊時代嘅產品,非常之懷舊得意。服務員態度非常之好,座位亦都非常之大,我哋叫咗二人套餐,有唔同牛肉嘅部位,亦都有蔬菜,炸魚皮,同埋兩杯嘢飲,非常好食。

今次去到616牛肉火鍋專門店!首創以刁鑽牛肉部位作招徠的火鍋店:封門柳、金花趾、牛心腚等17款選擇,坊間少見,每碟份量不大,勝在價錢不貴,多試幾款也不肉痛。今次有個77折必食牛肉組,牛肉入口即化,非常鮮味。另外佢哋嘅花雕醉蜆煱,非常新鮮,鮮甜可口!仲可以用番佢地嘅湯底打邊爐。另外616經五豐行每日入口秦川騸牯黃牛(即閹牛),牛隻指定要4歲大,脂肪肥美,肉質特別嫩滑。牛肉早上屠宰後,下午即送到店內,保證新鮮,只用簡單牛骨湯最能吃出原味。另外亦有來自不同產地的牛肉,很有特色,牛魔王必訪。
