再訪人氣大熱的跑馬地手工意粉店繼續都係咁多人到訪,就算平日walk in,無book位都full哂前菜點了Zucchini Croquettes with Garlic Mayonnaise,今層薄薄脆炸粉,中間包住熱辣辣濃郁creamy類似芝士白汁zucchini,有需要可以叫店員拎個手工意粉盤介紹返不同種類的意粉當天點了三款手工意粉,分別有Pappardelle、Fettuccine及Scialatiellipappardelle特闊意大利麵爽口彈牙,蕃茄肉碎醬非常掛汁;fettuccine寬條意大利粉口感煙韌,配上蕃茄辣椒醬汁香口又惹味,微辣味道帶勁開胃,亦是本人最喜歡,scialatielli粗身的意粉口感較其他手工意粉相對扎實,所配的pecorino cheese sauce 亦非常濃稠,愛芝士的膻香味一定喜歡。雖然意粉份量睇落唔多,但勁飽肚。每碟手工意粉百幾蚊,整體黎講性價比唔錯。最後點了他們店內Secret Menu上的甜品Tiramisu,入口幼滑細緻,咖啡和酒的比例均衡,亦係我中意的濕度。

當天點了三款手工意粉,分別有Pappardelle、Fettuccine及Scialatielli

pappardelle特闊意大利麵爽口彈牙,蕃茄肉碎醬非常掛汁;fettuccine寬條意大利粉口感煙韌,配上蕃茄辣椒醬汁香口又惹味,微辣味道帶勁開胃,亦是本人最喜歡,scialatielli粗身的意粉口感較其他手工意粉相對扎實,所配的pecorino cheese sauce 亦非常濃稠,愛芝士的膻香味一定喜歡。

雖然意粉份量睇落唔多,但勁飽肚。每碟手工意粉百幾蚊,整體黎講性價比唔錯。

最後點了他們店內Secret Menu上的甜品Tiramisu,入口幼滑細緻,咖啡和酒的比例均衡,亦係我中意的濕度。
