佢哋會先幫手用牛脂開鍋
然後幫手爆香京蔥
跟住就加入壽喜燒汁
牛肉放入鍋唔夠幾秒就食得
肉質變得好柔嫩
食落入口即融
牛味相當濃郁唔會覺得膩

至於野菜拼盤都好豐富
分別有南瓜、冬菇、金針菇、娃娃菜、粉絲、豆腐等等
最好食就係粉絲、金針菇同埋豆腐 索曬啲壽喜汁

呢度仲有唔少小食炸物,揀咗呢度嘅特色手作小點- 嘅吉列千層豚,夾起真係見到一層一層薄切豚肉片,伴有香濃半溶芝士,外層酥脆,內層肉香軟熟,回頭必點系列~~

壽喜燒係其中一款我很喜歡的日式美食,可惜係香港品嚐這款美食的餐廳都貴,動輒都成千蚊一個lunch Set,Dinner Set可以去到千幾二千蚊一位,兩個人食飽離開時個荷包都有d傷。但又無理由要搭飛機去日本先可以食,所以我就周圍搵,終於搵到間性價比都幾高的食壽喜燒舖頭,係旺角太子附近,位置都幾方便。 店內裝修十分精緻,頗有日式風情,很有悽身在日本餐廳的感覺。以QR Code下單,Menu內除了各款壽喜燒套餐外,也有其他烏冬set、赤面set,以及小食選擇。進食前也充滿儀式感,店員會先開爐,煎洋蒽大蒽,再加壽喜燒醬汁,然後就由食客放入和牛片,差不多食到尾段就Shabu Shabu,加入清湯,以及蔬菜豆腐冬菇粉絲。 澳洲M9+和牛 – 上枱見到和牛雪花好靚,已經知道一定好食。果然入口即溶,又嫰又香,配上壽喜燒汁,好好味。 美國牛板腱 – 追加了一碟牛板腱($135),雖然質素就冇M9和牛咁傑出,但食落都充滿牛肉的濃厚味,十分不錯。

食完肉類後,可以稍加清湯放入蔬菜煮成鍋物,有大冬菇及白菜仔吸滿湯汁好好食,粉絲及追加的烏冬都好掛汁,食完好滿足。飲品方面,日本進口的鮮橙汁都唔錯,玫瑰花汽水偏甜但有少許花香味幾特別。
