有幾好食呢? 薯條是粗切的, 每一條都有一定的份量。 雖然是每枱必點的小吃,但是店家也沒有預先炸起很多, 都是即叫即炸的, 一吃起來就能感受到那份誠意,真的和在連鎖快餐店吃到的, 有著很大的分別啊!!

醬汁有店家推介的松露醬、 和吃薯條必備的茄醬, 而我,當然是兩樣都有點來吃!!

雖然人們常常說;男人的浪漫,就是食「豆腐火腩飯亅, 但間中轉換一下口味,吃吃蘑菇飯也不錯!!

大蘑菇煮得很好味,很多汁很 juicy, 吃起來有蘑菇本身的香味,再加上吸收了橄欖油和松露醬的雙重精華, 真的不錯。

唯一美中不足的地方, 就該是煮飯的時候落了很多的橄欖油,所以吃起來較為油膩, 如果能夠酌量減一些,就更perfect了!

後記; 今天的餐廳,其實各方面的水準也很平均, 下次或許可以約其他朋友來試它的生蠔 bar 和 cocktail drinks。。。

預祝情人節,所以就返男朋友揀返間西餐,今次搵到間食蠔性價比高嘅餐廳。一次過食勻十二個國家嘅蠔,各個國家都各有特色,有唔同嘅濃度,唔同嘅口感。但係每一隻都好新鮮,好甜,對怕腥嘅我吸講,就算唔落調味都可以接受。而我自己就比較鐘意日本同美國,肥美啲之餘,好簡海水味,口感清爽啲。一般食蠔都係提供檸檬,醋,海鮮醬俾你做調味。但係呢度好特別,除左檸檬外,仲有四隻唔同味道嘅爆爆珠,分別係蜜糖,柚子,白酒,紅酒,係按返唔同嘅蠔嘅特性去配唔同嘅爆爆珠,真係好正。食完咁正嘅蠔拼盤之後,就嗌左佢個煙三文魚沙律,個沙律都ok嘅,黑醋多返小小會好啲。最後就嗌左個牛肋條share,佢個牛肋條都炆到好腍,配左啲黑椒吊味,唔會太濃味。情人節食嘅都係環境,唔係求飽肚架啦,但係佢個蠔拼盤真係好新鮮好抵食。

最近日日困在家真的很無聊,今晚好想出街食飯,於是約朋友便到灣仔附近的酒吧輕鬆一下。一坐下便深深被這兒的生蠔拼盤吸引!拼盤以「環球生蠔拼盤」作為標題,一次過可以品嚐12隻來自不同國家的生蠔!由最淡的日本生蠔出發,大大隻非常肥美,進食時加入了紅酒珍珠,味道相當特別。除了日常會加入檸檬汁之外,餐廳還提供了四款很有特色的分子料理,包括柚子珍珠、蜜糖珍珠、白酒珍珠和紅酒珍珠。眾多的生蠔中,我自愛是來自澳洲的生蠔,夠蠔味,而且海水味道適中。我和朋友每人吃了半打,非常滿足果腹!我們點了秘製蝦籽雞中翼作為小食,雞翼炸得香脆,肉質幼滑。最令我意想不到的是原來可以這樣用蝦籽煮雞翼的,蝦籽大大提升了雞翼的味道,十分香口!另外,餐廳的黑椒牛肋條也相當出色。牛肋條瘦肉多,脂肪少,而且豐腴肉嫩,非常入味。今晚覺得能夠在這舒適的環境進膳,原來也是一件值得感恩的事。

今日同男朋友行經呢一個銅鑼灣告士打道見到有一間餐廳裝修幾靚之後我哋叫咗幾樣嘢食第一個就係香煎白蘆筍白蘆筍非常之清甜而且冇咁多渣之後就係牛油果芒果蟹肉他他呢個我非常之鍾意因為佢哋嘅配搭非常之好又食得到蟹味而且就食到牛油果嘅香味之後就係呢度嘅招牌菜 就係鵪鶉嘅脾第一次食鵪鶉估唔到原來係咁嫩滑而且佢調味亦都非常之適中之後就到鴨髀 呢個又係勁好食估唔到係咁肥美嘅個鴨皮又夠晒趣真係超級好食之後以楊枝甘露燉蛋作結束
