與友慶生, 選了這家開張3個月的潮州菜。地點不難找, 短短的新寧道中間掛着紅燈籠的那家便是, 比我想像中小, 最大的枱只夠坐6人左右,其他的4人枱有5張, 再加1個卡位可坐4人, 其他的是廂房(3間?)設有最低消費。價位中等不算貴, 叫了四樣餸2枝啤酒, 人均$400, 最好食係炸豆腐, 其他的鵝片豬大腸拼盤份量不少, 豬大腸味道正常,鵝片不算好, 冇味有啲嚡口, 酸甜蠔令人失望, 炸粉太厚咬開一陣腥味, 春菜煲正常發揮。朋友胃納太少沒機會試多一些招牌菜, 有點可惜。招呼很好, 以現時咁環境差不多坐滿, 不無原因。

與友慶生, 選了這家開張3個月的潮州菜。地點不難找, 短短的新寧道中間掛着紅燈籠的那家便是, 比我想像中小, 最大的枱只夠坐6人左右,其他的4人枱有5張, 再加1個卡位可坐4人, 其他的是廂房(3間?)設有最低消費。
價位中等不算貴, 叫了四樣餸2枝啤酒, 人均$400, 最好食係炸豆腐, 其他的鵝片豬大腸拼盤份量不少, 豬大腸味道正常,鵝片不算好, 冇味有啲嚡口, 酸甜蠔令人失望, 炸粉太厚咬開一陣腥味, 春菜煲正常發揮。朋友胃納太少沒機會試多一些招牌菜, 有點可惜。
招呼很好, 以現時咁環境差不多坐滿, 不無原因。
