老菜脯燉豬肚
以特靚老菜脯,配上豬骨及豬肚燉足1小時成燉湯,入口鹹鮮中帶甜味,豬肚又燉至軟腍,相當可口!

苦瓜腩飯
這菜較清淡,但入口仍相當鮮味,腩肉彈牙惹味,苦瓜甘香有益!

放工同朋友特登來試呢間潮州菜館,一入去店員都好好招呼,坐低無耐我地就決定好食咩,因為來之前已經做左research,我地兩個人叫左五樣野,最後食到好飽😂。滷水鵝片(例牌),啖啖肉又大份,滷水汁又入味,仲有啲豆腐墊底,非常豐富。汕頭煎蠔烙,總共切開有八件,我哋最後都只係食咗三件,其他都係打包,但剛剛煎出嚟熱辣辣,再點埋魚露,真係好香口。煎韭菜粿,同我想像中有少少唔同,原來佢入邊只有韭菜無肉,而佢個皮就非常Q彈,食落好特別。糖醋煎伊麵,呢個我就期待咗好耐,出去食好多時都冇呢個餸嘅選擇,我特登同啲店員講叫師傅煎脆啲燶啲,出到嚟份量唔算好大,我哋兩個人都食得晒,每一件再點啲糖同醋,複雜嘅味道令人一食想再食。清心丸綠豆爽,甜度適中,食完四個餸再配上呢份甜品,就沖走咗啲油膩感。最後埋單都唔使$600,仲要每樣野都好好味,一定會返轉頭再來食,下次已經諗好要試佢個蠔仔粥,五台有四台都有叫。

🍜糖醋煎伊麵
呢個係傳統嘅做法,煎好咗嘅伊麵脆卜卜,但係入面仲係保持伊麵嘅口感。點上砂糖同埋醋嚟食可以平衡油膩感。
