Blossom是咖啡/Brunch/甜点样样能打的多边形战士,之前在HKU附近的分店就很喜欢·九龙城店的空间高挑宽敞,文艺复古的日式喫茶店风格,原木桌台质感独具,有咖有酒,有书籍有电影·窗外是工作日里宁静的街道,一到清冷晴朗的冬日,生活里的每一帧场景仿佛都被放慢,坐在店里,身边流动着故事般的氛围感·主打自家烘焙咖啡豆,是全港为数不多做虹吸的咖啡店,餐食也非常丰富,并且菜式还不随大流。推荐菜榜一榜二榜三都是提拉米苏,那必须得来一份·【烧牛肉饭定食】特级雪花牛颈脊/秘制牛肉汁【黑松露椰菜花饭】椒盐天贝/野菌·牛肉份量很有诚意,咸香肉汁浸润着珍珠米饭就很难不好吃。碰上天贝我一般都会尝试下,口感相当特别,菌菇均匀散落在细碎的椰菜花中,咀嚼感和鲜味都得到了提升·手冲选择了一支日晒Sidamo,喝起来果味十足,明亮的草莓/蓝莓/葡萄风味在中温段聚拢,又随着舒服的触感在味蕾上流畅绽开·值得单独夸夸的【提拉米苏】,不愧是咖啡店,不仅espresso的存在感相当足,还用了cold brew去浸泡,双倍浓度的馥郁苦香直接盖过了甜度·被子似的造型还保留着几分手指饼干的形状,mascarpone从糕身四周垂下,流又欲止的柔滑包裹着湿润的饼干,实在很欲 continue reading

今日下午無所事事,走咗去九龍城嘅「Blossom」tea一tea,真係一個唔錯嘅選擇!餐廳環境舒適,光線柔和,坐低即刻覺得好放鬆。我點咗個炸軟殼蟹伴蟹肉飯,一上枱已經覺得賣相吸引。軟殼蟹炸得金黃酥脆,蟹肉鮮甜,配上微微酸甜嘅醬汁,味道層次豐富,令人食得好滿足,真係有驚喜!另外,佢哋嘅Tiramisu絕對係必試之選!蛋糕面層嘅可可粉香濃,入口即化,咖啡同芝士嘅比例啱啱好,口感細滑,甜而不膩,每一啖都令人回味無窮。整體嚟講,「Blossom」嘅食物質素高,環境舒適,服務亦非常友善,係一個適合下午茶嘅好地方。如果你鍾意試新嘢,又想食啲精緻又美味嘅輕食,呢間絕對值得一試! continue reading

可能係我一世人食過最差嘅軟殼蟹!很惡劣!千祈唔好信上面嘅評論,試咗軟殼蟹之後真係失望到極點,全程食緊炸麵粉,裡面啲蟹細得可憐,幾乎搵唔到蟹肉,仲要唔新鮮,佳寶10蚊一包嘅軟殼蟹都好過佢。。。軟殼蟹炸得一點都唔脆,軟淋淋咁,上枱時又唔熱,應該係預先整好放咗成日,口感0分。飯乾到不得了,明明係珍珠米,但食落似大家樂啲煲仔飯。。。可能係佢哋嘅特色,但我真係欣賞唔到。人均200+,但水準連人均100嘅普通cafe都不如,試咗一次,以後唔會再考慮。 continue reading

睇左👀韓劇照明商店專程嚟潮聖,劇集同小店cafe crossover感覺新鮮!門口放了照明商店燈箱招牌,加上不同燈飾配上木門框,打卡able~下午四點去到都要等十張枱,不過等左廿分鐘就入到~店內牆身貼上劇照和海報,有唔同款式嘅枱燈裝飾,襯埋咖啡工具,佈置得幾有氣氛~言歸正傳,最重要咖啡同食物水準點先?點了all day breakfast、焦糖香蕉雪糕窩夫、latte、菠蘿熱情果咖啡梳打,價錢偏貴。All day breakfast :配搭豐富有薯餅又有酸種包,顏色賣相靚,味道中規中矩,終於係現成食物嗎~讚係有生果可解一解膩!焦糖香蕉雪糕窩夫:焦糖香蕉可以再燒得焦脆點,焦糖面有點薄弱,雪糕味道唔錯,窩夫質感面脆鬆軟,味道正常發揮。Latte & 菠蘿熱情果咖啡梳打,咖啡底係偏苦同濃, 配奶感覺比較適合;菠蘿片造型吸引,但配熱情果配味同梳打令咖啡苦味更突出,好似用返帶酸味嘅咖啡會比較襯。整體環境唔錯,食物質素正常,賣相吸引,只係價錢偏貴,食物基本上都要百幾蚊,再加咖啡飲品四十至五十幾... continue reading

8月頭同阿媽睇完醫生,返咗九龍城食午飯,老豆唔食,我同阿媽撐枱腳,第一次去呢間食,阿媽叫咗個燒牛肉飯定食,試咗舊牛肉,燒烤得幾好,定食仲有個湯。我叫咗個黑松露椰菜花飯配椒鹽天貝。天貝係印尼菜傳統食材,由黃豆製成,幾好味。個椰菜花飯配黑松露油有啲碱,食完好飽。不過食物如果可以熱啲更好。 continue reading
