一班酒友慶祝舊老闆高升,到觀塘成業街的BriKetenia慶祝。.好友一早訂了房間寫了菜單,有青口、栗子濃湯、溫泉蛋伴蟹肉野菌和龍蝦汁、波士頓龍蝦扁意粉配龍蝦汁、澳洲牛柳和Tiramisu。.眾多菜式中,我最喜歡龍蝦意粉,扁意粉吸盡龍蝦汁的精華,配上爽甜龍蝦肉,感覺非常滿足。溫泉蛋也非常不錯,非常鮮味。.難得在觀塘找到水準相當不錯的西餐廳,還有一間房間可容納十多人,可供好友歡聚暢飲,值得推介給大家。

主食我叫了五成熟的“ M6級和牛眼肉眼扒伴菠菜及奶油焗薯仔”,肉眼扒肉質非常嫩,食材很高質,煎到半熟還能夠鎖住和牛的肉汁,牛肉味十足。配菜的菠菜及奶油焗薯仔都好香,好味到要一口接一口,極度滿足。

至於朋友就叫了“ 時令鮮魚換帶子油封番茄及海龍皇汁”,鮮魚肉非常滑溜,魚皮仲很脆口,很美味啊~

甜品方面,有“ 芒果乳酪慕絲蛋糕”及“法式蘋果批配蘋果雪葩”,味道很輕盈清甜,不會太重甜味而影響蛋糕及蘋果批本身味道,層次很分明,雪葩仲好清新,這兩道都是很不錯甜品啊,值得再來。

用上湯煮成的印度飯,加了野菌同煮,入口的飯有濃郁的菇菌味,牛筋條慢煮後腍嫩非常,雖少了一點咬口,但非常入味,帶甜味的日本燒汁本來會單薄,在慢煮後已變得相當醇厚,黏滿在牛肉面,好味!

為何牛筋條沒有了牛筋骨?
chef 傾談時得知,慢煮4小時後把骨頭取走,讓客人切食容易,真是細心!

一整件的豬扒已為客人切細,加上肉汁,豬扒有點點豬肉味,有咬口,不韌,伴上混入松露醬的薯蓉同食或什椒蓉同食,兩者都可食出豐富的層次,充足的蔬菜:蘆筍,雜菌,粟米仔,小甘筍,慢食是對身體各方面也有益,我倆真的慢慢在品嚐。

由於用慢煮處理,牛肋條入口軟滑,牛肉味濃厚。但最吸引我的卻是伴在碟邊的野菌印度香米,印度香米飯粒分明並帶有淡淡的野菌香氣,與味覺濃郁的牛肉有著互補的作用,更可以從中看到㕑師在材料配搭方面的心思。

今天的時令鮮魚是法國鯛魚,鲷魚的外皮煎至金黃香脆,雪白的魚肉鮮嫩甜美,調味方面用了海鹽撒於魚的外皮,海鹽天然的鹹味簡單帶出鲷魚的鮮味。配菜還有油封番茄、薯蓉和新鮮蔬菜。另外還配有一大粒帶子,帶子表面煎香,厚厚的肉身還保持鮮嫩多汁,吃的時候還可以跟鮮味的海鮮汁一起吃。

是日甜品是Tiramisu 配自家製云呢拿雪糕,蛋糕味道香甜醇厚,但口感比較有點實, 雪糕很滑又很香, 但很快溶,所以要急急吃。
