約咗朋友放工一齊諗住食餐飯傾吓計聚舊,正當討論緊食乜好,就經過見到呢間,望入去見人唔多,環境乾淨就決定一齊坐低試吓。本身鍾意食燒肉,見佢有個聖誕新年一人燒肉套餐 -澳洲m7和牛西冷($268),菜品豐富又吸引,價錢都唔貴合理,即刻唔使猶豫揀咗呢個。小食揀咗三色雞翼,因為未試過覺得應該幾特別。朋友就叫咗個黑椒牛舌飯餐($68),一樣有前菜加一罐汽水。前菜係沙律菜加火龍果同明太子粒,火龍果嘅清甜令人覺得開胃又清新。刺身感覺好新鮮,食落爽甜有口感,最鍾意佢嘅甜蝦,入口即化。三色雞翼煎得全部金黃色好靚好香口,食咗一啖,見中間包住咗啲明太子,都幾夾,另外兩隻朋友鍾意食雞翼所以讓咗比佢食,應該包泡菜同芝士。到我最期待嘅主菜澳洲m7和牛西冷,肉質鮮嫩,脂肪分佈平均,燒完再點少少一齊上嘅鹽或者係燒肉汁就已經足已引出和牛嘅濃郁肉味,然後再配啖飯,真係令人好滿足,飯素嘅口味我都好鍾意。套餐包埋嘅飲品我揀咗日本桃汁,瓶身設計好靚,而且好飲,唔會太甜。朋友嘅黑椒牛舌飯,望落牛舌份量超足料,我試咗一片,咬落厚肉好有嚼勁。
