這間位於尖沙咀的【C2 Lab】,主打西餐菜式,晚市有多款單點食物,包括了前菜、意粉/飯、扒類及甜品,而且有即開新鮮生蠔。主菜更可加錢配搭前菜及湯。鮮蟹肉牛油果蝦凍批蟹肉鮮味,配上香滑的牛油果及爽彈蝦仁,十分開胃的前菜。黑松露忌廉湯忌廉湯質感幼滑,有陣陣黑松露清香,還配上鬆軟麵包。意式肉腸配蕃茄忌廉長通粉用了粗管長通粉,蕃茄忌廉汁有陣陣肉腸辣味及油脂香,整個長通粉都十分惹味。燒美國頂級腹腔柳腹腔肉煎至表面焦脆,點了七成熟,中間還帶點粉色,入口肉味濃郁,而且肉汁豐富略有咬口。
