12.23入去食晚餐,餐廳位置離鐵站好近,門口有個1:1 Ironman figure ,好易搵。由於坐落係橫街亦比較安靜。餐廳面積較細,但整體佈局尚算舒適,有個大黑板餐牌佔了唔少空間。我們點了4個主食:油鴨髀、熟成豬胺扒,另加$108套餐(前菜+湯),前菜和湯都好好味。到主食時,油鴨的皮煎的好脆、不過個人覺得肉質亦較鞋,另外份熟成豬胺扒的肉質亦好死實,廚師話係慢煮但是肉質一地都唔霖,同廚師反映咗(並非投訴)佢話係批豬問題,我更覺得係煮前處理方式出事⋯⋯個人建議主食都係食pasta好啲,至於肉類建議大家做足心理準備😞

今晚在C2 Lab享用了一頓非常美味的晚餐!雖然餐廳的空間有點狹窄,但食物的質量絕對值得一試。燒法國鵪鶉髀配紅桑子陳醋汁作為前菜非常出色,鵪鶉髀7分熟的建議真是恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩美味。黑松露忌廉湯濃郁香滑,每一口都讓人回味無窮。接著的松子青醬薯仔丸子口感細膩,青醬的香氣與松子的脆感完美結合,每一口都充滿了驚喜。油封鴨髀配杏脯乳酪汁更是令人驚豔,鴨肉外皮酥脆,內裡鮮嫩多汁,搭配杏脯乳酪汁的微甜與酸味,提升了整道菜的層次感。餐廳的服務也非常周到,環境雖然略顯擁擠,但絕不影響用餐的愉悅體驗。強烈推薦!

睇咗YouTube 介紹去嘅。餐廳12:00開門,星期日冇得預約,我大概13:00到,等咗唔夠10分鐘就有位。其實我見差唔多13:30已經有空枱,而家食肆都真係好難做到兩三round turnover 。食咗鵝干、油封鴨髀、同一個鷄意粉午餐。油封鴨髀皮脆肉嫩做得非常好,好食過我響巴黎食(不過我響巴黎食嗰間餐廳又真係太過一般,咁樣比較唔係好公平),連個杏脯乳酪醬一齊食,唔覺得好腬。其實食完鵝干再油封鴨都唔覺得好腬,我覺得佢都幾勁。個鷄意粉加入咗一啲松籽,多一重咬口同香味,我覺得都幾有心機,整體都好好食。上菜都好快,唔使等好耐就有得食。期間我論論盡盡整跌支叉,侍應好快就幫我換返。冇諗過食完又封鴨,佢竟然有幫我換碟。服務都真係好好啦。個廁所超大,雖然唔係真係好靚,不過深水埗區小店有咁企理嘅廁所,都算好唔話得囉。

個鷄意粉加入咗一啲松籽,多一重咬口同香味,我覺得都幾有心機,整體都好好食。

上菜都好快,唔使等好耐就有得食。期間我論論盡盡整跌支叉,侍應好快就幫我換返。冇諗過食完又封鴨,佢竟然有幫我換碟。服務都真係好好啦。

個廁所超大,雖然唔係真係好靚,不過深水埗區小店有咁企理嘅廁所,都算好唔話得囉。

在深水埗難得一見的西餐廳,估唔到係會令人覺得覺得性價比超高,雖然人均消費都要200起,但食物質素絕對對得起呢個價,食物質素極好。佢個牛肩好有肉味肉汁豐富,油封鴨都係高水準,頭盤及湯都好得。服務係老闆自己帶住做,所以都唔會差得去邊。主要係餐廳較細,坐得比較逼。唯一令我不滿的,就係其中一次,佢提供嘅清水居然係臭嘅,當然唔敢再飲。不過光顧咗幾次,咁嘅情況只係出現過一次,希望佢哋以後可以小心啲。始終,高水平嘅平價西餐,實在係太罕有。
