一直以來都淨係覺得九龍城先會有正宗既泰國菜食, 但係估唔到一次同朋友係lkf 經過見到cafe siam呢間餐廳, 又好餓, 於是就衝左入去食~~~餐廳係位於商廈, 2樓, 入面氣氛好有情調,每張枱都有蠟燭,  環境不算太大, 只容納到大約10張枱左右, 但都有足夠既空間比每一枱客人,  所以如果想食, 最好一早打黎book定位先~~~~入到去先知原來餐廳係米芝蓮推介, 證明我地無簡錯地方~~~menu上既菜式好多, 我地簡左冬蔭蝦湯, 相信大家都很熟悉,經典既泰菜代表菜式,  酸辣醒胃, 再加上來自大大隻蝦既鮮味, 特別好味, 一試難忘....香葉炒肉碎, 葉加肉碎既獨特味道令人極之開胃, 肉碎十分香口, 份量好夠食, 冇令我失望...呢度既炒飯款色非常多,我地簡左泰式蝦醬炒飯, 我很喜歡蝦醬, 超惹味, 不會太油, 最驚喜係上面有堆炒蛋, 炒得好滑....食泰國野一定要點就係泰式炒通菜!!!通菜鮮嫩, 咸香味一流, 仲鑊氣十足,至於飲品方面就點左我最愛既椰青啦!!!椰青的椰汁比椰子更鮮嫩, 口感更好~~微凉清爽, 能夠有效解渴丫!!!~

The first main dish we ordered was home made flat noodles fried in a bean paste sauce. We were given the choice of chicken, pork, beef or prawns, which were to be served together. We picked chicken. Chicken was a bit skinny, but the noodle tasted delicious. The dish also contained vegetables.

We also ordered Classic Thai noodle dish with tofu, shrimps, bean sprouts and ground peanuts wrapped in an omelette, also known as Pad Thai. I am a Pad Thai lover and this dish is a must-order item when I visit Thai restaurants. I never feel disappointed with Pad Thai.

喺香港真係有好多泰國餐廳,但質素參差,今次就試下喺公司附近嘅泰國餐廳。

呢碟一上枱,我都無抱住乜野其望,因為個汁就咁綠色,其實都幾嚇人。但一入口,我個樣即刻變左!

餐前小食: 蝦片跟米餅
這個小食是每位客人一坐下就會送上一盤的。
平想總是餓著肚子再看餐單上的精美圖片, 簡直就是一種折磨!
所以超欣賞這個小食, 可以讓我一邊食一邊選餐~

而且蝦片跟米餅都很脆, 蝦片原本已很香口, 米餅燻了醬都好好食!

泰菜又怎可缺乏冬蔭功湯呢?
這個冬蔭功湯是目前唯止我飲過最好飲的冬蔭功!
甜、酸、辣味度剛剛好, 而且湯不會稀, 口感超好!
另外配料亦不少, 大量香料跟草菇, 更有一隻大頭蝦呢

超美的一道菜!!!
用煎得像網的蛋包著酸酸甜甜的金邊粉, 簡直味道跟賣相都一流!

雖然上菜一刻見到小小的半球體, 有點擔心會吃不飽...
但一挖開雞蛋, 發現份量其實頗多的, 最後我們都浪費地食剩了少少...

主菜三: 咖哩炒蟹
上菜一刻, 哇! 太大了吧!!!

咖哩不辣但很香甜, 而且咖哩加了蛋, 更容易掛在蟹上!
而蟹亦十分鮮甜, 蟹肉爽滑沒有縮水, 表示非常新鮮呢, 而且蟹膏的份量都不少~
由於太大碟了, 食完後我倆都抱住肚子叫飽呢!

餐茶: 泰式奶茶
因從未到過泰國亦從未飲過泰茶的關係, 我一直想像是荼走的味度。
今次一試, 終於明白為什麼有些人會對泰茶念念不忘了。
因為它的茶味真的很特別很香, 又不會太甜, 主要品嚐荼香味!
這個都很合我胃口, 所以我到泰國時要瘋狂地飲!

泰式既口感會比較dry, 但係牛肉味重
呢次食既雜錦沙爹串燒一客有六串
有牛雞豬每兩串, 最欣賞佢既沙爹汁係分開上
有d人係鐘意食濃味既(我), 就可以點多d沙爹哈哈

配薄餅都好過冇啦!

炸蝦餅炸漿不厚,微脆口感不覺得熱氣,而且沒多餘油份。內裡的蝦漿打得爽口彈牙,蝦味十足。

泰式清蒸鱸魚片 $228
說是鱸魚片,但其實根本份量就是整條鱸魚拆骨上,再配上粉絲、羅勒及泰式風味醬。

先說明這是他們的清新系列,沒有多餘調味,口味會偏淡,所以這道菜基本上沒什麼味道,只有食物的原味,而且兩邊更有脆綠的菜和豆,感覺更均衡健康。

鱸魚是吃得出來的新鮮,連丁點魚腥都受不了的那位也說這魚鮮甜不腥。魚肉口感滑嫩,沒有多餘調味下,魚的鮮味更突出,如果想更進一步加強味覺享受,可點少許泰式風味醬。

而粉絲的份量也很驚人,只有淡淡的魚味和香葉味,加些香辣的泰式風味醬會更好吃。



整體來說食物質素不錯,服務亦很好,重點是價錢有驚喜,沒有點特價食物也不過每位三百左右,難怪朋友如此推介。

Went to Cafe'Siam LKF last week with friends from England. We love all the foods. Good portions lots of flavour and lively atmosphere.Specially the Beef peppercorn (Nue jim jaw)😋 and the fresh young coconut.Good food, great service with a lovey smile and say "sawasdee Kha" from Thai people there.We will be back again soon👍🏻
