粒粒分明,望落好似幾乾身🤔但原來用咗新鮮鴨骨湯汁煮熟米飯,所有湯汁都滲透入米,即使冇醬汁都唔會覺得乾,而且仲有充滿鴨香。再加入大量手撕鴨肉、洋蔥,非常美味😚

一大個梨份量十足,建議同朋友分享,但都未必食得晒。果香清甜,被濃濃紅酒煮至微溫,軟身程度又係近乎唔使咬。

Entradas/ starter預左每人一小份,完全唔洗爭。六款裡面有好幾款都有令人想再添嘅意欲,款色多,賣相精緻,色香味俱全。個人認為Entradas完全係當晚嘅highlight,甚至比Main更出色~

有五款Main course我地除左seafood juicy rice (兩人份)外order曬其餘四款,以Slow braised USDA beef short ribs, spinach Esparregado, grass potatoes, caramelized shallots最為出色。牛小排一根粗但肉質好腍,輕輕用刀一切就骨肉分離,四個人份都食到唔少。Salad旁嘅綠色醬原來係spinach Esparregado,用菠菜製成嘅蓉,伴牛小排肉食都唔錯~

中環寸金尺土,起眼的地舖和商場來來去去都是一些大集團連鎖食店,抑或五星酒店等。其實出中環揾好東西食,可以留意下上樓商廈,有不少臥虎藏龍。首先每一款前菜我都好喜歡,各有特色。至於主菜,第一推介,烤焗豬(suckling pig),皮薄脆香,肉質嫩滑多汁。配上一碟酸澀檸檬汁,好開胃。蜆肉青口配當日fish of the day, 魚肉不時不食。聲稱無激素雞,肉質又冧又滑,肉和骨分離,而且有自家製醬汁,好入味。Risotto 好creamy, 配露筍,入口好清新。這裡的炒飯好出色,米是用出口量好少的印度米,入口有空氣感。

Favourite were definitely the prawns and grilled octopus! The prawns were super sweet and that sauce was just incredible!
