總結,點心一般,質素同平價連鎖茶樓差唔多,侍應亦可能唔夠人,所以招手都唔係太易叫倒佢地,唯一賣點係景觀非常開揚,不過前題係要坐倒窗邊位,而窗邊位係冇得預先預留,要靠早啲黎先到先得,如果只係為景觀而黎,我覺得點最平嘅下午茶點心set試過就算了。

係網上見到食評唔錯,同埋有海景位,就book左晚餐。砂窩雲吞雞很好味,湯夠濃,雞很滑。四季豆炒得很香,但偏辣。到主角龍蝦麵,有點失望,龍蝦很少肉,汁亦偏喊,啲麵由於太喊我食左一碗就放棄左,食晒啲龍蝦算,其實都唔多。同埋龍蝦鉗冇扑碎個殻,食到好論盡。Overall 都ok嘅,但有空間改善。

四季豆炒得很香,但偏辣。
到主角龍蝦麵,有點失望,龍蝦很少肉,汁亦偏喊,啲麵由於太喊我食左一碗就放棄左,食晒啲龍蝦算,其實都唔多。同埋龍蝦鉗冇扑碎個殻,食到好論盡。

Overall 都ok嘅,但有空間改善。

環境一流 寧靜 當晚我是在炊公館 但是餐單吃了阿一海景飯店的食物味道 十好滿意 上菜時間也 會因應客人食完一道再上下一道 個人十分喜歡牛尾 極力堆介 入口即溶 加上牛味很濃 真的想一試再試 如果吃量大建議還是吃套餐 再加叫一點比較化算 但環境加上這樣的食材我覺得是不錯的

#點心,有3款:
黑松露野菌餃,餃皮一夾就穿,沒吃到有黑松露味!
蠔皇叉燒包,今餐比較好味是這個!
蜂巢香芋角,放涼了,底部都是油!
#腿蓉海皇豆腐羹,味道比較淡,勝在夠熱,已經算合格!
#魚湯杞子浸時蔬,娃娃菜未煮熟,還很硬!
#高湯廣東雲吞,這個好味亦夠熱!但每人只有1粒,感覺不得體!
#香滑芝麻糊,本餐最好味是甜品,質感細滑,甜而不膩!

套餐以上,加了一哥鮑魚酥(58元/件,加了3件),又是不夠熱,味道大打折扣,失望!

服務:不好!

環境:不錯!可惜沒有坐到靠窗的位置!

總體評分:比較之前2次的用餐體驗,食物和服務明顯退步了!

今天相約舊同事共聚午餐,找個大家的中間點,isquare 地鐵站上打風落雨也不怕。我們四個人就揀了個四人招牌午市套餐,食得豪少少望住個咁靚個view都抵啦午市繁忙時間餐廳亦不滿坐,傾偈也不覺太嘈吵。一開始每人一碗沙參玉竹雪梨湯,湯不夠熱辣辣跟住先上點心,野菌黑松露餃,好香菌味!鮑魚酥反而淨係得個樣跟住再上龍蝦麵,個麵不是伊麵,好似米粉咁樣,老實講龍蝦肉就不多但等了一會才拿剛剛燒起的片皮鴨給我們看一眼,便為我們片皮,可惜塊荷葉皮有點厚,食了兩三片又飽又牙倦最後要吹單才上埋鴨崧!

跟住先上點心,野菌黑松露餃,好香菌味!鮑魚酥反而淨係得個樣

跟住再上龍蝦麵,個麵不是伊麵,好似米粉咁樣,老實講龍蝦肉就不多
但等了一會才拿剛剛燒起的片皮鴨給我們看一眼,便為我們片皮,可惜塊荷葉皮有點厚,食了兩三片又飽又牙倦

最後要吹單才上埋鴨崧!

吃了前面的菜式後,湯也上檯了,川貝鱷魚肉湯,湯的色澤不深,味道較淡,唯一好是湯很熨口。

兩個小菜,鮑汁波蘭鵝掌配天白花菇生菜,鵝掌大小適中,炆得很淋,用刀很輕易可砌開,花菇厚度足,可以輕輕咀嚼,生菜嫩綠,所有食材配合鮑汁同吃,十分滋味。

百花煙肉卷,每人兩條,煙肉內釀了蝦膠,煙肉不太肥膩,醮上沙律醬同吃,有著吃西餐的風味。

迷你荷葉飯,小小一個荷葉包著粒粒香軟米飯,配料有蝦仁、冬菇、瑤柱絲,混合得宜,好吃。

吃完以上的菜式已感到飽了,香滑芝麻糊來結尾,這個甜品濃稠合度,芝麻味香,不過甜。

這頓商務餐吃得暢快,壓力減退。

一行6人分2枱坐,分別叫咗一個2人午餐同一個4人午餐,2人餐啲食物都上得快同keep住有嘢食。4人餐就出事啦,一開頭上湯、點心同片皮鴨都快嘅,點知等到花兒也謝了都未上生菜鴨鬆同龍蝦麵。三催四請後問個職員幾時有,佢仲要話自己係part time 員工佢都唔知。後來終於知道點解,原來要等埋另外2枱都係叫咗4人餐嘅先一齊煮同上菜,席間我哋見到唔止我哋一枱催促。講返啲食物,4人餐個片皮鴨嘅餅皮厚到食2塊就飽,生菜鴨鬆份量少得可憐,2人餐個肉好咸,最過份係2人餐嘅甜品,本身係熱糖水,但又因為要等無限耐,職員提出可轉dryers 朱古力雪糕,好啦一打開根本就係溶咗再雪返嘅質感,重要硬到食唔到。成餐唯一可取之處係個無敵海景,但咁嘅質素真係令人幾失望。

Tried their HKD 168 all inclusive dim sum lunch set.My favourite was the shrimp toast (蝦多士 - crispy exterior, combination of bouncy and soft fluffy texture, didn’t feel oily at all), also really enjoyed the shrimp dumpling (蝦餃/Har gow - filled to the brim with shrimps!) and shao mai (燒賣), though both were quite heavily seasoned. I was also surprised by the glutinous rice with chicken 糯米雞, the rice was soft while retaining a mild chewiness, the entire thing was well seasoned and didn’t taste too oily. It has been quite a while since I last enjoyed a 糯米雞😂

There also weren’t enough servers so it took us forever to get their attention and there was a huge pile of plates and bamboo steamers on a our table half of the time.

Regardless, the overall experience was very nice given the stunning view. Worth a first try, especially with friends and family, but probably won’t revisit.
