一間在上環的小店,食物水準很高,值得返頭再幫襯,性價比極高。有幾次經過見到餐廳裝修設計簡單得黎又企理乾淨,網上食評又不錯,於是就約埋朋友試下,主要是本人鐘意開放式廚房設計。一行三人order左set dinner,食物質數很好,大家都食得開心,最重要係店員耐心介紹菜式,感覺服務態度今人滿意。原來廚師係酒店廚房出身,經驗豐富,怪不得對品質要求十分之高,價錢較平民化,十分低食又親民。我們早到未有太多客人,到八點左右Full曬,我建議大家預早訂位好d。今晚食左鴨脾,豬排同燒春雞,見到之前不少好評,果然的好味。跟餐甜品味道都唔錯。

有幾次經過見到餐廳裝修設計簡單得黎又企理乾淨,網上食評又不錯,於是就約埋朋友試下,主要是本人鐘意開放式廚房設計
。一行三人order左set dinner,食物質數很好,大家都食得開心,最重要係店員耐心介紹菜式,感覺服務態度今人滿意



原來廚師係酒店廚房出身,經驗豐富,怪不得對品質要求十分之高,價錢較平民化,十分低食又親民。我們早到未有太多客人,到八點左右Full曬,我建議大家預早訂位好d。


今晚食左鴨脾,豬排同燒春雞
,見到之前不少好評,果然的好味
。跟餐甜品味道都唔錯。

好少黎西環區,雖然遠但環境比其他港島清靜,無咁急促黎食個晚餐再去飲杯野都係件chill嘅事黎嘅日本帶子刺身奇亞籽沙律呢個係限定黎,本身都諗緊食邊款沙律,問問店員就推薦左呢款,好新鮮嘅沙律菜配上一口又一口嘅帶子,除左健康嘅奇亞籽仲有兩色番茄,用埋我最愛醋汁,睇又得味又得羊架店員好貼心問我地想食幾成熟,又幾好,真係我真係唔鐘意太熟,但好多時都無得揀,估佢唔到配菜都用左好多心機,除左燒菜,佢個薯蓉真係好特別又出色,問左先知原來係一層層薯蓉疊上去,中間夾住芝士同牛油,真係令我好深刻另外叫左蝶豆花茶同蝶豆檸檬梳打,都係好特別嘅野飲,清清地都唔錯呀!

店員好貼心問我地想食幾成熟,又幾好,真係我真係唔鐘意太熟,但好多時都無得揀,估佢唔到配菜都用左好多心機,除左燒菜,佢個薯蓉真係好特別又出色,問左先知原來係一層層薯蓉疊上去,中間夾住芝士同牛油,真係令我好深刻

一直想搵機會打一份食評支持一下呢間家庭式經營西餐廳,忙到今日終於有時間上個月咁岩去西環做少少事,一做完已經晚上七八點先醒起轉午餐都冇食,於是留意附近有冇餐廳嘅情況下就入咗呢間餐廳和朋友二人一起進餐,朋友點了一個意大利飯我就不作介紹,本人點了一個澳洲肉眼扒配牛肝菌汁,結果真係驚喜十足,點了五成熟,廚師手勢一流真係煎到啱啱好,而且塊扒我夠膽講係可以同香港五星級扒房媲美,無論係肉味,口感都非常一流,而且配上佢哋自家製嘅醬汁真係完全昇華到另一個層次跟住由於我同朋友都點左套餐,餐廳都安排左是日甜品俾我哋,係佢哋自家製嘅炸甜點,同樣地都係十分香甜,表層揸到非常鬆脆結果兩人埋單每人$200都唔使,我同朋友都覺得如果喺香港想食又平又好食嘅西餐,呢類型小店真係比起酒店扒房仲要好得多

朋友生日決定去香港島尋寶探險,之前食過一次呢間很想再回味,決定再來食~先來一個鮑魚日本芥末意大利飯,芥末的味道剛剛好,這樣配搭的意大利飯出奇地好味!之後再來一個血瑪利虎蝦意粉,辣得來非常惹味,本人雖然不太能食辣都停不了口,超好味!最欣賞係連伴菜車厘茄都有認真地煎得好香口,讚!再來一壺蝶豆花檸檬草茶,非常滿意的一餐生日飯!

晚上工作完和朋友聚聚舊,選了這個在家附近開了幾個月的張三試試,沒帶任何期望反而有驚喜!張三這個名字由來是因為這是一家三口張爸爸張媽媽和張女兒一起開的餐廳,聽起來已經很暖心,在西營盤郵局旁邊,不是很顯眼。小店裝潢簡潔,店裡不大,大概有6張4人桌。晚餐有晚市套餐,但我們覺得套餐上沒有想吃的主食所以就散點。第一個點的南瓜忌廉虎蝦義大利飯($158)。虎蝦有四隻,去了蝦頭,我覺得帶蝦頭可能更有氣勢哈哈!蝦肉新鮮爽口。義大利飯煮得軟硬適中,南瓜忌廉汁很結很香,南瓜味道不是太突出但忌廉很香,好味!下一個是原隻法國燒春雞伴蘑菇燒汁($188)。這個是現烤所以要25分鐘,建議大家如果想吃就先下單!我們真的有被這隻春雞驚艷到!春雞不大,兩個女生吃份量剛好,旁邊有伴蘑菇和翠玉瓜,還有一小碗燒汁。從中間切開春雞,肉汁直流!我先試了雞腿,我的天呀,皮還是脆脆的,雞肉嫩滑多汁,而且很入味,說實話我覺得不用點燒汁也夠味道。連雞胸都很香呢,贊贊贊!最後甜點我們點了朱古力心太軟配雪糕($68)。我覺得甜點做得沒有主食那麼出色,因為心太軟烤出來已經穿了,朱古力醬全部流出來,弄的外面的朱古力蛋糕軟了,所以可以改善。這邊免

第一個點的南瓜忌廉虎蝦義大利飯($158)。虎蝦有四隻,去了蝦頭,我覺得帶蝦頭可能更有氣勢哈哈!蝦肉新鮮爽口。義大利飯煮得軟硬適中,南瓜忌廉汁很結很香,南瓜味道不是太突出但忌廉很香,好味!

最後甜點我們點了朱古力心太軟配雪糕($68)。我覺得甜點做得沒有主食那麼出色,因為心太軟烤出來已經穿了,朱古力醬全部流出來,弄的外面的朱古力蛋糕軟了,所以可以改善。

西營盤附近向來多餐廳小店、有天走過張三、看名字還以為是中菜館、走進去原來是間西餐廳。午飯時候吸引不少附近的中學生光顧、這裡提供的學生餐才不過四十幾元、好便宜。午市套廳選擇挺多、有沙律、炒意粉、炒飯、扒飯等。餐廳介乎$60-80左右、已包餐湯和飲品免加一、價錢合理!點了Carbonara、上面鋪滿煙肉、菇、好足料。煙肉片煎過後帶鹹香、跟creamy 的意粉好夾、醬汁亦十分足夠。跟餐還奉上什菜湯、酸酸甜甜幾開胃。

住九龍區的我,今日難得有興致想過海行下,行到薄扶林道轉入小街,就見到張三個名幾得意,先發現原來係cafe😆中午時間都8,9成滿,想坐耐少少就要避開繁忙時間lunch set都算多選擇,價錢都算合理我就揀左水波蛋芝士辣肉醬意粉配凍奶茶,最鍾意水波蛋爆蛋醬再撈勻,真係好正😍辣肉醬只係少少辣,加上茶味偏重的凍奶茶,絕對係令人回味😋😋

我就揀左水波蛋芝士辣肉醬意粉配凍奶茶,最鍾意水波蛋爆蛋醬再撈勻,真係好正😍辣肉醬只係少少辣,加上茶味偏重的凍奶茶,絕對係令人回味😋😋
