總體來說,味道很地道,同時也很適合廣府人的口味,地理位置很好找,出了地鐵站,看到一個類似船的建築,大門就能看到「潮潮居」的招牌,進去直接上電梯就是,裡面座位有大廳有包廂,位置都很寬敞,服務員的態度很好,下次還想來試試其他的菜式。

今日去黃埔探朋友,碰碰撞撞下看見這間新開的潮州菜館,便入內試試。 店舖裝潢典雅,座位舒適,而且非常寬敞,這點已經加分。菜牌款式眾多,都是經典的潮州菜式 。服務員先端來招牌功夫茶及餐前小吃,我頗喜歡這些小吃,帶點 辣,最適合嗜辣的我。我們點了很多數個菜:到潮州菜館 又怎能不叫鹵水鵝片呢?鵝肉嫩滑 不太肥,而且非常入味,墊上鹵水豆腐,絕對沒有令人失望。吃潮州菜我最喜歡的是黃金煎伊麵, 表面煎得脆脆的,加上醋和砂糖,分外可口,吃了兩件還想吃下去。我們還點了梅骨醬烤骨,在沒有任何寄望下,反而有意外驚喜,肉排烤得 脆脆的,內質鮮嫩,加上秘製的梅羔醬,非常惹味。至於鹹排骨春菜煲亦份量十足,平時很少吃到這樣烹調的春菜,又是一大特色。朋友喜歡吃雞,所以我們也點了一個砂鍋普寧豆醬雞,雖然只叫半隻,但份量已相當多,再加上五花腩,我們三個也吃不完,雞肉味濃鮮嫩,配上 特色醬汁,亦是一大驚喜。最後再來一個太極素菜羹,以菠菜蓉 和蛋白為主要食材,味道清淡,與剛才味濃的食物作過緩衝,也是一個絕配。
