期望越大 失望越大!約好和朋友相聚,因人數比較多,所以早在一個月前訂好檯。餐廳應允給兩邊窗的大房,但有最低消費,也無所謂了,最緊要環境好 坐得舒服就是。昨晚去到,説好的大房變了一間80平方尺,一片窗三面白色油漆牆 燈光昏暗,放了兩張五人檯的房間。當然立即投訴,餐廳負責人帶我到另一房間,內有一張可坐10多人的大圓枱,圓檯不能分拆不能移動,即我們要冒著風險盡快完餐走人😣無奈接受80尺房。坐定定後上菜,速度驚人的快,45分鐘上4個菜,一個未吃完另一個又上來,私房菜的招牌菜人工菜,完全沒有人介紹解説。侍應明顯沒有經驗,基本上菜和斟酒禮儀完全不懂,菜式賣相欠奉,味道也只是一般。最後結帳,負責人自知理虧免了服務費,但人均消費也1千多啊!只憑網上吹噓的生意策略,到底憑什麼生存❓又可以生存多久❓

再嚟黑毛豬豚肉生菜包🥙,有別於一般泰式嘅生菜包,佢用上黑毛豬豚肉,而且會預先醃咗再炒成肉粒,肉粒入口好嫩😍,有別於平時食生菜包啲豬肉比較鞋同柴,黑毛豬豚肉粒嘅濃味加埋生菜嘅清新,我都鐘意呢個fusion嘅做法,而且仲好精緻將生菜切成貝殻形狀,條邊仲係波浪形㗎,又靚又好食,我包咗又食咗好多個😝

仲有一碟生炒安格斯牛崧飯🍛,就咁睇佢其貌不揚就係普通嘅一碟炒飯,未入口炒飯香氣撲鼻,入口又係不得了,炒飯同其他嘅材料好似安格斯牛肉崧,菜心粒,雞蛋比例完美咁融合,炒飯够香,腍,軟,最緊要有鑊氣!我個friend食咗一碗仔,其餘大半碟我自己食晒,我承認我係飯桶😂但係真係幾好食!

最後甜品🍮大良炸鮮奶,呢個係順德名菜,佢就細細一條仔咁,中間係微甜嘅鮮奶,外層依然香脆,唔會覺得好油,值得一讚,呢間嘢嘅炸物真係炸得唔錯👍

其實我好少食私房菜,不過今次呢間私房菜無論環境同埋食物我都覺得幾高質幾啱我口味👍大廚好嘢👏同埋服務態度都唔錯啊,我見到網上話佢嘅冰鎮咕嚕肉好似好正咁,今次冇點到,下次有機會一定要試吓😜

很久沒有外出飲茶食點心了,今次lunch就同朋友來到這間可以睇到海景的餐廳食點心!他們的點心好精緻而且味道不錯!芹香鮮蝦金魚餃,這裡的蝦餃粒粒都整到好像金魚般,好可愛,蝦餃皮薄,蝦肉彈牙,味道不錯!刺蝟叉燒包,叉燒包整到好像刺蝟咁好可愛,底部有稍稍煎過,係生煎包的效果,內裡餡料好多,食落好美味!黑豚肉咸水角,咸水角整到好像小豬般,外層脆身,內裡煙煙韌韌,餡料都幾多!XO醬炒腸粉,腸粉不會炒得好油,微辣,味道剛剛好,不會太咸,而且腸粉幾滑身,幾惹味!XO醬香鳳爪,鳳爪味道香濃,而且整得好腍,不會好硬,帶有少少辣!
