星期六放假同老婆去銅鑼灣買野,買之前醫飽個肚先,我同老婆都想食日本野,就去逸園中心望望,好似間間都幾好,老婆揀咗千代鶴,我問點解,佢話個名好聽囉午餐都幾多選擇,最後叫左鰻重同埋北海丼先黎有茶碗蒸、沙律仲有兩款前菜小食茶碗蒸蛋味香濃,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,小食兩款分別係帶子群邊同埋水雲我個北海丼黎到,嘩⋯魚生仲多過飯,全部都好新鮮,海膽勁甘甜,鰹魚好香煙燻味,外皮仲有燒過,帶少少焦香,劍魚腩豐富油香,大滿足老婆個鰻重,打開盒已經香噴噴,試左少少,皮脆肉多汁,想食多啖已經俾人制止

每次到 Sogo 購物,都會順道到逸園晚飯,今次也不例外,選定了逸園的《千代鶴》,前身是《鮨和》,換名後的新店走親民路線,鐵定一試!環境布局,保留廚師發版的格局,感覺依舊高檔。點了炭烤極上牛舌套餐,套餐包了前菜四款、白飯、麵豉湯及牛脷一客。前菜蟹肉沙律,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,加上蟹肉點綴,格調頓時提升。另一款前菜是柚子魷魚,魷魚刺身,質感軟綿,配柚子夠清新,醒胃前菜。醋酸三文魚嘴骨,薄切魚嘴,微微三文魚氣味,爽口的軟骨質感,味道就是醋酸,物盡其用的菜式。雜菌茶碗蒸,蛋質軟滑,跟雜菌味道配合,欣賞它的茶碗,很有日本色彩。主菜炭燒牛脷套餐,牛脷份量頗多,跟有白飯及麵豉湯,賣相有一定吸引度 🥰🥰炭燒極上牛舌,炭烤後的牛味特別香,五成熟的牛脷軟諗,完全不韌;加上外層的鹽花吊味,實在不錯。跟餐的麵豉湯,湯底有烤過的香味,估計是烤鏗魚餚的,著實認真。賣相格調依舊高檔,餐具精緻。食物質素尚好,日本菜除刺身壽司外,烤肉也是另類好選擇!

女朋友生日佢好鐘意食日本菜,所以同佢黎左銅鑼灣既千代鶴。一入門口就感受到舒服既日式裝潢,燈光十足。係而家冇得去日本既情況下,黎e到感受下都真係幾正。我地叫左lunch set 同一位omakase,首先黎既就係lunch Set既前菜,有蒸蛋,沙律,腌蘿蔔,但係最正既都係冰頭漬,酸尾尾既三文魚軟骨,超級開胃。再黎就係壽司同刺身box,入而有赤身,帶子,章魚刺身,海膽,中拖羅,油甘魚,赤貝,牡丹蝦壽司等等,件件都好新鮮好好味。最後就再加埋暖粒粒既蜆肉麵豉湯。omakase大部份都係女朋友試,每一件都見佢食得好開心,由其是見到佢食大拖羅果個滿足既樣。餐廳因爲知道佢生日所以送左兩杯梅酒比我地,易入口好清飲落好舒服,下次都會再黎試其他野食!!

今日同朋友黎到銅鑼灣食日本野 見到呢間餐廳環境好似唔錯就入左黎啦 晚市黎講唔算好多人 坐底之後我同朋友各叫左兩個dinner set 分別係牛舌同鰻魚飯set 前菜都幾豐富 有茶碗蒸 煙肉沙律 帶子裙邊同海藻 整體黎講味道都唔錯 尤其係個茶碗蒸 都幾足料 個餐仲配有面豉湯 都算幾清甜至於佢個牛舌 個人認為係香港黎講都算幾高質 燒得岩岩好 唔會話過焦 而且厚切牛舌咬落好有口感 充滿肉汁 配飯一流 另外個牛舌份量都唔少 性價比都幾高 如果個餐仲有埋甜品就更好啦🤣
