这家店应该算是铜锣湾中心区域吃早茶性价比最高的店之一了,地段不错,位于皇室堡楼上。店内的环境还是很不错的,装修的很好,空间也不错。但是从餐桌到餐具之类的就一般般了,但是这个价位也是可以理解的。早茶的种类还是可以的,十一点之后选择还能更多一些。如果要喝汤的话只能中午了,点了虾饺,各种粥,烧麦,时蔬,凤爪,肠粉,马拉糕等一堆点心,味道还是不错的。服务的话一般般吧,包厢里还凑合,但是服务员也是走来走去的,有时候比较闹心。总体而言很不错的一家店,性价比无敌。

明白香港目前百業艱難我們親友重聚都會去銅鑼灣皇室堡吃下午茶費事再亂咁覓食又奄尖盞攪家人必要的燒肉肉滑皮脆我點的义燒少少肥均勻甜美肉絲炒兩面黃上海人中情兩面黃兩個底面都煎香透很多海鮮的一碟炒米粉連大餸王的在下都認同平日一定不點菜但這種菜心幾林干炒牛河非常重要是此樓表表作河粉滑牛肉靚真係港島飲茶市領導示範蝦餃收蝦餃王價錢當然要較鮮口表妹是蛋糕製作人她點千層馬拉糕是我唯一欣賞的甜糕沒有採用千層極甜的蛋黃和咸蛋黃不甜不油難得的蒸清雞蛋糕質感完全與別不同後面的奇怪流沙包做成斑馬樣一些也不討好鍋XO 醬腸粉鮮蝦腐皮卷都水準上最失望的芒果金魚布甸下面放一層不夾的綠色啫喱糖失敗:遮蓋芒果味當然芒果不夠多我親友又要求高芒果布丁令我給他只是🤔只是OK 🆗評價可惜

昨天與友人在銅鑼灣晚飯,地點是位於皇室堡九樓的彩福皇宴,此店裝修後都光顧過數次,印象都不錯,今次到來,雖是下午六時,已有顧客等候。此店一向都有做龍蝦優惠,但今天可能還是春節期間,所以優惠無做,我點了4隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝、清蒸沙巴龍躉和椒絲腐乳唐山菜。元貝相當新鮮和大隻,清洗乾淨,配以蒜蓉和粉絲蒸,火候恰到好處,鮮甜冶味。沙巴龍躉一斤二兩重,配以薑葱清蒸,魚肉鮮嫩,雖是養魚,味道一樣鮮甜。蒜蓉腐乳唐生菜炒得夠鑊氣,腐乳相當冶味。甜品叫了椰皇燉燕窩,清甜香滑,埋單$526,享受了滿意又不昂貴的晚餐。
