We have both remedied ourselves well post-surgery and are living life to its fullest again! Yes we are strong and we ought to celebrate life at this lovely kissaten. This branch in Tai Po mega mall has a souvenir section at the storefront that sells delicate tableware. We cheered with each other with two splendid drink: a sweet-savour sparkling cherry blossom soda, and a smooth and sweet purple & yellow potato milk. Sharing a plate of tuna & mentaiko angel hair pasta, and a pink cherry blossom omurice with usagi. Both were lightly flavoured, and plated beautifully. The staff would help you cut open the omelette egg and pour the creamy starchy cherry blossom flavoured sauce onto the egg, ladies would love that cos it’s all pinkish!Dessert was a fluffy yummy hojicha tea chiffon cake with a dollop of baby pink cherry blossom cream, that smelt incredible! Two white strawberries halves on the side, cute & they were our two hearts. 🍓♥️

喺大埔搵到咁正嘅日式Cafe真係唔容易，呢間絕對係一個唔錯嘅選擇。佢哋嘅濃醇明太子吞拿魚意粉真係一流，啲明太子醬同吞拿魚好夾，食落口感滑溜，真係好滿足。至於花見鰻魚蛋包飯，鰻魚香得嚟唔會過重，蛋包飯柔軟，食落真係幸福感滿滿。飲品方面，櫻漾氣泡梳打係一個清新嘅選擇，飲完即刻解渴。焙茶麻薯沙冰就係另一個驚喜，焙茶嘅香氣同麻薯嘅口感融合得好好，真係一試難忘。最後唔可以錯過嘅係佢哋嘅櫻花滿開戚風蛋糕，蛋糕鬆軟得嚟唔會過甜，櫻花嘅香味淡淡地，食完心情都靚晒。

今日係大埔行街，見到喫茶ちょうぼ新推出左櫻花主題嘅食物，好靚好吸引，決定試試～ 餐廳係一間日式cafe，提供多款人式主食、小食、甜品同飲品。濃醇明太子吞拿魚忌廉意麵 $128意粉面頭有吞拿魚同明太子，食落好Creamy，忌廉汁份量充足，令每條意大利麵都沾滿醬汁。加上呢款意粉比較幼身，更加吸汁。配上吞拿魚同明太子，食落味道同口感都更加豐富。花見鰻魚蛋包飯 $135新推出嘅仲有櫻花系列嘅蛋包飯，店員會喺我哋面前將厚蛋切開，再淋上醬汁。為咗貼合主題，今次嘅蛋仲整成粉紅色，蛋好滑身，蛋味香濃。底下炒飯用上咗翠玉瓜同紅蘿蔔炒，幾香口。另外，鰻魚好大條，鰻魚醬甜甜地，鰻魚口感鬆軟，冇腥味。櫻花滿開戚風蛋糕 我哋仲叫咗個櫻花主題嘅甜品，戚風蛋糕好濕潤，食落好輕盈。面頭配上淡淡櫻花口味嘅忌廉，令甜品味道更上一層樓。櫻漾氣泡梳打 $46櫻花梳打賣相好靚，杯身好靚之餘，仲配有櫻花樣嘅朱古力。飲品飲料落好夠氣，好解渴，帶有淡淡櫻花香。焙茶麻糬沙冰 $52沙冰面頭有麻糬同一層焙茶奶蓋，奶蓋有濃濃嘅焙茶味，質地滑身，底下係焙茶沙冰。
