蒸蛋冇人未食過,但係可以令到蒸蛋變成一款高級菜式,就係心思同功架。我冇懷疑過個蒸蛋會有幾嫩,虎蝦會有幾大隻彈牙。個心思位係花雕,本身蒸蛋火候係最大難度,我諗落花雕蒸,應該係另一個難度。用靚花雕蒸蛋原來係咁,甜啦,醇啦,另一個層次嘅香。簡單但又好難忘記嘅味道。

間間酒樓都有嘅菜式,但都係要搵啲位impress人,掛汁得唻流暢,酸酸甜甜,外脆內香,呢啲基本。菠蘿甜之餘肉質嫩,落馬蹄有畫龍點睛feel,個清爽感即刻攞返個平衡,每樣都切到一口size,人客食嘢時候都仲可以保持優雅,好細心。

真係好明白點解每道菜都要好精緻咁一道一道上,因為淨係聞佢地嘅香氣嘅一刻已經開始享用緊呢道菜,你絕對唔會想幾道菜嘅香氣混埋一齊。提到呢度,真係要講,時間控制又係老練。完全睇唔出係新餐廳。
呢道菜香味應該係最搶嘅一道,代表佢個雞湯真係濃郁,配蝦子又係一個心思操作,未食到呢到菜已經知,麵一定彈牙,花膠一定靚料厚身,但值錢地方係配搭,蝦子提升鮮味真係一絕,菜苗個刀工又係細緻,唔認真睇會以為佢係麵嘅一部分,但同時佢又令整體清新解膩咗。

綿密、順滑、香,我諗睇到呢度對廚師對火候嘅控制冇懷疑。其實我覺得呢款甜品廚師好有信心先會咁出,因為食材係常見食材,但佢作為一款甜品,即係佢上枱係壓軸出場,食完咁多山珍海味之後廚師覺得你仍然會試佢呢款芋茸燉鮮奶,要加啲色水嘢令佢個名好聽,或者令佢好似好豐富、賣相好靚,其實好容易,但廚師就係知冇需要,知less is more,夠膽就咁叫芋茸燉鮮奶,咁你明呢款甜品有幾勁。

年底朋友聚餐,提議去試新嘢,見到銅鑼灣問月酒店入面開咗間新中菜,所以大家一齊去試吓。餐廳地方唔大,但係好精緻,中式裝修,同間酒店一樣,都幾有特色。一入去吧枱背後已經有一酲酲嘅酒,再有個木架放晒啲香料同食材,應該都係一間着重用料嘅餐廳。個菜牌有啲家常餸,傳統餸,都有海味宴客菜。選擇都幾吸引。一定要講吓個前菜,🐟苔菜白飯魚! 真係好耐冇食過苔菜炸魚,呢度居然有,仲要係白飯魚!我哋叫咗碟鮑魚好惹味,火侯啱啱好,好軟彈。佢哋個招牌係濃油赤醬煙燻雞,上菜嗰吓啲香味已經撲上嚟,大家都即刻開動,夠香入味,雞肉嫩滑👍🏻。見而家仲有蛇羹同臘味糯米飯,都試咗,兩樣都好足料好味👍🏻甜品一定要叫個大煎堆,好有儀式感,圓滿。整體食物👍🏻 價錢合理,環境舒適,同屋企人都啱食,下次會再嚟。
