旺角鬧市特別人多車多,都唔知食乜好,所以今次去遠離市中心既地方搵食,俾我發現到呢個”越男仔”。店裡店外都有一部大電視,播放著不同的媒體採訪,睇住影片更令我食欲大增 餐牌種類繁多, 款式較 fusion,有別於一般越南菜。先來一碗充滿越南風味的:越式生牛肉牛骨湯河粉 $62,牛骨湯十分鮮甜,牛肉口感鬆軟唔會韌。另外叫一碗 fusion 一點的:胡志明市紅蕃茄四寶湯檬粉 $88,勁多配料有: 扎肉、豬扒、豬頸肉、脆豬肉本身好鐘意蕃茄湯既我絕對冇失望,蕃茄湯很濃,酸中帶甜十分開胃。而配料肉類都用火搶燒過,很香口~不過檬粉有點碎,唔可以好似食拉麵咁大啖啜入口,食得不夠痛快。單看價錢,會覺得一碗粉要這個價錢有點貴,但分量好大同味道很好,是一碗有心製作的湯粉!不過如果可以坐得舒服些更好,因為坐位有點迫呢~

本身好鐘意蕃茄湯既我絕對冇失望,蕃茄湯很濃,酸中帶甜十分開胃。而配料肉類都用火搶燒過,很香口~
不過檬粉有點碎,唔可以好似食拉麵咁大啖啜入口,食得不夠痛快。

單看價錢,會覺得一碗粉要這個價錢有點貴,但分量好大同味道很好,是一碗有心製作的湯粉!
不過如果可以坐得舒服些更好,因為坐位有點迫呢~

行開油麻地,逛完模型街後,找了一間越南餐廳吃飯。在寫這篇文章的時候,口中還是不停的吞緊口水,因昨晚幫襯的越南仔餐廳,真的很不錯,好想好想再吃!店舖位置非常易找,在廣華醫院後門附近。雖然店舖面積比較細小,但有許多顧客慕名而來,人流不絕。三文魚拼海膽拼扎肉拼蝦餅沙律,睇餐牌點時,已經感覺好豐富,有齊四樣配料,想不到份量如此的大,海膽有4-5片,扎肉灸燒過好香口,蝦餅厚身,三文魚是弄碎了,還有配些沙律菜,前菜已經很清新很滿足。再來點了,生牛肉拼滑雞拼扎肉拼牛丸牛骨湯濛,份量依然巨大,生牛肉鮮紅色的,新鮮嫩滑。滑雞入味,扎肉牛丸也不錯,最後湯底一定是最濃郁鮮甜的。招牌越南仔海南雞飯配黃薑飯,雞肉超嫩滑彈牙,肉嫩又多汁,很美味的,配上黃薑飯,真的很飽足。法式芝士蝦多士,新鮮炸起,卜卜脆,多士不會太厚,啖啖蝦肉,配上中間芝士醬心,真是食唔停口。熱越式咖啡,香氣濃郁,秉承越南咖啡獨有味道。

今天在媽媽下班附近的地方找晚膳地方,見媽媽未到過越南,就試試這間小店,見乾淨企理,老人家實歡喜。這越式海南雞飯雞肉嫩滑,而且黃薑飯香噴噴,冬天吃最暖身。這蕃茄炸雞排湯粉,酸酸味味,很惹味!這個撈檬材料多樣化,有炸豬肉、扎肉、牛肉,且份量頗多,加上酸汁,很開胃!雞肉檬粉粉卷,味道很清新,因裡面加了青瓜絲,加上面頭的雞肉碎,確是與聚不同,果然是新派菜,呵呵!店家有不少支持者,見有不少人排隊買外賣和堂食,質素相當不錯,期待下次到來!

又一次去找了「越男仔」😂這次帶上母親大人一起覓食.「芝士蝦多士」一點都不偷工減料,蝦膠十足份量滿滿的,夾住半溶化的起司,雖然...如果芝士改用可以拉絲的芝士種類應該會更好玩🧀🍤.「雙檸七」明顯就是青檸+檸檬+七喜~這店還有 「三檸七 」的,就雙檸再+咸檸了~.「惹味炸雞排撈檬」是辣辣的口味,我超喜歡的~🍋還有炸豬排肉粒混在一起,把蔬菜絲拌勻一起吃,一口吃下去有爽脆滴爽的口感,又不會太油膩,棒棒的♥️.

話說成日suggest想食越南野既時候,男朋友都會提起呢間越男仔,不過次次經過都見到門口太多人la,所以一直都無食到。今日行開見到無乜人排隊,就當然係入去試下la.入到去就睇下有咩好食先。見到有好多唔同種類既越式粉麵,仲可以自由選擇tim. 不過我廢事唸咁多,就揀set好既配搭。而男朋友就嗌左個海南雞飯。我地仲叫左d小食。有越式素米紙卷同越式春捲。好快d食物就送到。我呢個扎肉雞絲河個湯好濃味,而米紙卷材料都十分之多之餘又好夾。越式春捲唔會太油而海南雞飯都十分之滑。

舖頭位處旺角旺中帶靜位置,店鋪較小,座位不多。7點左右到達,要排隊,等左10分鐘!🤔🤔叫左兩個小食同兩個主食。小食軟殼蟹同海膽紙米卷推介👍🏻軟殼蟹外脆內鬆軟,而且有幾多蟹膏,分開4件,兩個人食相當足夠!!海膽雞肉紙米卷,幾多送有海膽,海膽微微火燒過,有香烤味,入口甘香,雞肉米卷就正常,點埋醬汁幾野味扎肉酸辣湯蒙,整體上中規中矩,個酸辣湯味道不太重但都鮮甜最後加埋個飽肚海南雞蒙粉配湯,全餐就非常滿足!總的來說食物幾好,但環境真的有點小💃💃

一條友想食啲特色啲嘅野。今次行咗去廣華街揾好野食。朋友話呢間正!舖就好細,我估十個位左右。今次叫咗兩樣野食加杯咸07一上枱已經被個賣相吸引咗!好豐富好大碗!真係好足料咖!!個蕃茄湯好鮮甜, 加上成碗都係扎肉,豬扒,豬頸肉,脆豬肉!嘩!!不得了!!我比較少食脆豬肉,口感幾得意!有咬口!豬扒煮得一啲都吾乾身吾煙韌。另外叫咗個三文魚脆雞生菜包第一眼以為啲雞肉咁生點食!原來係三文魚鋪喺面咋!嘩! 有驚喜原來煙三文魚!好香煙 燻味!下面係炸雞肉,仲要個皮炸得香脆,雞肉仲係嫩滑多汁!!雖然吾係豪華裝修,但係食物質素超高!

真係好足料咖!!

個蕃茄湯好鮮甜, 加上成碗都係扎肉,豬扒,豬頸肉,脆豬肉!嘩!!不得了!!
我比較少食脆豬肉,口感幾得意!有咬口!豬扒煮得一啲都吾乾身吾煙韌。

另外叫咗個三文魚脆雞生菜包

第一眼以為啲雞肉咁生點食!原來係三文魚鋪喺面咋!嘩! 有驚喜原來煙三文魚!好香煙 燻味!下面係炸雞肉,仲要個皮炸得香脆,雞肉仲係嫩滑多汁!!


雖然吾係豪華裝修,但係食物質素超高!

幾個月前去完越南旅行最近有回憶返越南粉好好食所以今次去搜尋一間叫(越男仔)位於旺角都好方便所以同我朋友特登去品嚐下香港嘅越南粉先😎呢度地方唔算大但勝在裝修夠特別好有親切感而且服務員嘅態度都好好🤗越南粉款式都比較多👍🏻我叫咗個越式火車頭都比較大碗啱晒男士食😋火車頭有好多配料例如生牛肉牛柏葉肉丸燒豬肉等等..... 自選粉有手撕雞,豬肉,春卷自由配搭方便我哋啲香港人👏🏻👏🏻皇牌拼盤有牛油雞翼,春卷,鳳爪每一樣都好有水準🤘🏻🤘🏻呢個法式芝士蝦多士應該係最多人叫嘅選擇,多士趣口非常之好味😋😋

其實去到門口, 已經見到舖面好細, 入面只得 bar 枱, 座位比較窄。不過, 基於我們很肚餓了, 又好想湯河粉, 所以衝左入去, 姑且一試!家姐 order 左一杯青檸梳打, 用上玻璃樽裝的泰國進口梳打水, 感覺良好, 立即加分!我地一個 order 生牛肉湯河粉!牛肉嫩滑, 但份量不多。河粉很多, 也很滑。湯底夠熱, 但只係用清湯, 並非平時食正宗越南粉的牛肉牛骨煮成的那種充滿牛味的湯! 當堂大打折扣!另一碗加左扎肉, 都一樣係生牛肉湯河粉!最後, 問 staff 攞 "是拉差辣椒醬", 但只係送上這支普通的橙色辣椒醬, 唔香又唔辣 ~ 成件事當堂失色了不少!這樣的質素, 都係試一次就夠了, 附近食店林立, 應該不會回頭了。

我地一個 order 生牛肉湯河粉!
牛肉嫩滑, 但份量不多。
河粉很多, 也很滑。
湯底夠熱, 但只係用清湯, 並非平時食正宗越南粉的牛肉牛骨煮成的那種充滿牛味的湯! 當堂大打折扣!

行開油麻地,想飲越南咖啡,順便食個飯。記得有friend介紹lee間,就行入去試下。入到去,望一望個餐牌,除咗杯咖啡同環境,樣樣都唔係好越南,心諗係咪中咗伏。既然坐低咗, 硬住頭皮上啦!叫咗個招牌海鮮椰汁酸湯檬粉,海膽手撕雞檬紙卷同凍咖啡。舖面細,最多坐十幾人,會迫啲。招牌海鮮椰汁酸湯檬粉,有驚喜!湯唔係好酸,好香椰汁味,可能因為海鮮足料(有成三隻蠔,五隻青口同兩隻蝦),所以啖湯都有啲鮮味。幾隻蠔煮得啱啱好,滑得嚟仲鮮甜。蝦肉都算彈牙。海膽手撕雞檬紙卷,海膽都算新鮮,冇怪味。但係食落唔係好覺有雞,應該俾啲菜同海膽蓋晒啲味。凍越式咖啡,以為佢會俾杯冰我等滴完倒落去。點知原來就咁一杯俾我

招牌海鮮椰汁酸湯檬粉,有驚喜!湯唔係好酸,好香椰汁味,可能因為海鮮足料(有成三隻蠔,五隻青口同兩隻蝦),所以啖湯都有啲鮮味。
幾隻蠔煮得啱啱好,滑得嚟仲鮮甜。蝦肉都算彈牙。
