來越男仔, 一定要選椰汁酸湯, 別的越南餐廳少見, 淡淡的椰香配上微酸的味道, 很是開胃, 很喜歡, 手撕雞也是預先調味和炒過, 甚有誠意, 扎肉也有幾片, 還有芽菜, 洋蔥和生菜, 很足料。

四鳥椰汁酸湯檬
湯底同上一樣的。四鳥即係脆雞皮、滑雞件、脆雞件同埋手撕雞,每款都有兩件,好足料。手撕雞就唔多講啦,我想介紹下其他。脆雞皮炸得乾身,脆卜卜,已經逼晒d肥膏出黎,所以食落唔會成口油。脆雞件炸粉好薄,炸得好脆,雞肉嫩滑,少少辣,好惹味。滑雞亦唔係白切雞咁簡單,有惹味調味,一d都唔馬虎。

今日同friend 去左旺角,食呢間越南仔。芝士蝦多士好正,新鮮炸出黎,上面舖滿一層芝麻,好香芝麻味又好脆,芝士係半溶狀態,蝦味鮮甜,非常彈牙。豬頸肉椰子酸湯檬粉,第一次試椰子酸多,原本覺得又甜又酸會好古怪,食落幾有驚喜,椰子味好濃郁香甜,酸味不是太多,不會搶椰子味,有點像青檸味,有點酸好開胃。檬粉好滑,份量好多,朋友搶住食。豬頸肉每片都係厚切,爽厚多汁。黃金雞翼撈檬,咸蛋醬是流沙的,造型好吸引,睇見都流口水,雞翼炸過,外脆內軟,雞翼的油一咬會流出來,多汁好食,加上黃金流沙醬味道一流,撈檬粉一齊食好夠味,蛋黃味已經夠香,撈麵汁唔需要落太多。

黃金雞翼撈檬,咸蛋醬是流沙的,造型好吸引,睇見都流口水,雞翼炸過,外脆內軟,雞翼的油一咬會流出來,多汁好食,加上黃金流沙醬味道一流,撈檬粉一齊食好夠味,蛋黃味已經夠香,撈麵汁唔需要落太多。

很久沒有吃越南菜,相比起一些名作家/食家開設的名店賣100多元一碗的河粉,這間越南菜更好味,店員服務也很好。廚房的大家姐待人很親切,看見是一些生客光顧便在閑時主動聊天,偶爾會送小食,很有人情味。那裏的越南咖啡和海南雞飯很有水準,你不會覺得肥膩,而且海南雞爽滑彈牙價錢合宜。店家奉送的調味料味道是與別不同的,貼近在越南吃過的味道。整個用膳過程,我最深刻的是那一碗湯。不像別的店用味精吊味,不過之後也不會感到口渴,非常開胃。若然真的要找不足,我只好說店舖空間比較細小,座位有點兒窄。但這並不影響我對這次用膳的觀感,有空我一定會再光顧。

今日去左旺角既「越男仔」食,越南菜一向是我既菜,多選擇口味都好岩我!呢間地點方便,於旺角/油麻地行去只係5分鐘甘上下!Order左個自選,「烤牛肉蕃茹撈檬粉」另以優惠價加了小食「冰鎮蜜糖涷蕃茄」!想不到檬粉份量好多,吃不完的,烤牛肉好有味,不會好柴咬不開!最令我驚喜既係涷蕃茄!柚子蜜加上去皮的蕃茄,味道好夾,柚子蜜的甜把蕃茄的酸中和了!吃下去令人好似夏日的清新!飲品選左「薄荷青檸梳打水」是泰國的梳打水吧,有幾去薄荷菜,感覺清新也都可以減少口氣!另友人選左「窩蛋牛肉湯河」,感覺佢湯底十分足料,濃味又入味!另加了小食係「煙三文魚手撕雞檬紙卷」,都幾值得一試!下次再來旺角多了個好選擇!

鴛鴦雞飯是炸雞和海車雞合併,雞肉份量比飯多好多,份量十足。炸雞是即炸的,一邊坐可一邊看到廚房煮食,外皮很鬆脆,雞肉嫰滑,每件雞都是大大件,啖啖肉,喜歡食肉的朋友必試。海車雞皮很滑,雞肉嫰帶一點點咬口,肉質似是鮮雞。主菜可以加小食,小食選擇非常多款,最後決定了紙卷,有四種口味。我吃了煙三文魚,三文魚多到差不多跌出來,紙卷質地煙韌,加上裡面的蔬菜一起吃,口感和味道層次都很豐富。有另一款口味是海膽,可惜給朋友吃了,朋友說海膽鮮甜不腥,很喜歡。
