沒想到裝潢都不錯又舒服,原來可以LIKEFB可有玫瑰特飲當然即LIKE啦,不過好似至八月尾,我見到差不多每桌都有叫拼盤,當然我地都叫一個再加三個點心,二人份量都夠有餘。茶茗選擇不少,今次叫了桂花烏龍好香又有茶味,不錯,點心都開始來到,每款都好靚而且又足料,十分滿意。待應推介這款金瑤柱脆皮蘿蔔絲腸粉,幾特別,有點脆口帶腸粉滑,入面仲有不少甜的蘿蔔絲。XO蘿蔔糕的辣度好香不太辣岩岩好,口感不錯食到足料蘿蔔絲。第一次食沙姜北菇雞飯,有點沙姜味雞都幾滑。當然沒有失望是,創作六式拼盤有金箔墨汁蟹粉鮮蝦餃好香蟹粉,海膽鳯眼餃的海膽多又甜,蝦都爽口,原只鮑魚雞粒酥的鮑魚味道夠,又彈牙,底的雞粒酥不錯大夠脆口,啤梨做型的咸水角夠曬特別,濃郁味道的黑白芝麻流心煎堆仔,最後可作為甜品的燕窩蛋撻,不太甜又足料,成頓點心晚餐都十分滿意。

旺角晚餐時段可以吃點心的地方真的不多,這裡偏和風,空間感十足,兩個人坐卡位都坐的非常舒適,重點是環境也很適合聊天。點心有傳統和fusion款色選擇,很多都很特別。鳳城娥姐粉果 $38裡面的蝦很新鮮,非常彈牙,蝦的鮮味配上青青的西芹,口感相當豐富,外皮不會太厚,入口軟糯,夠正宗。麻婆豆腐日本帶子餃 $58無論賣相還是味道都給我驚喜的這個餃入口麻婆豆腐味大爆發,辣味隨之而來,用辣去配搭帶子碎粒確是能夠帶出其鮮味,喜歡辣的朋友一定要試。黃金啤利鹹水角 $38這個鹹水角一定要趁熱吃,外皮酥脆但完全不油膩,看似枝節的部份原來是炸脆麵,我超喜歡吃!富士竹炭叉燒包 $38麵包部份很搶分,細心看上面有一層「菠蘿」層,為叉燒包增加甜度,麵包很軟很綿密,和一般的叉燒餐包很不同,裡面的叉燒紋理分明,很有咬口,高水準之作。金瑤柱脆皮蘿蔔絲腸粉 $58炸脆了的瑤柱令腸粉口感像是炸兩,因為是炸脆了,瑤柱不會令腸粉過咸,裡面滿滿的蘿蔔絲令你每一口都是滿載而歸,配上特製的龍蝦湯醬油,鹹香味非常充足!其實我們還有很多點心想是,不過兩個人吃不了生日覺得餐廳性價比非常高,特別在旺角很難找到類似質素的點心餐廳,不過我覺得最少

想一次試齊餐廳的招牌點心可以叫創作六式拼盤,拼盤包括有金箔墨汁蟹粉鮮蝦餃,海膽鳳眼餃,原隻鮑魚雞粒酥,黃金啤梨鹹水角,黑白芝麻流心煎堆仔同一口燕窩蛋撻每款各兩件。
海膽鳳眼餃,海膽很鮮甜,入口即溶,加埋底下的鮮蝦一流。
黃金啤梨鹹水角也很好,不單外形立體精緻,而且外層炸得脆卜卜,十分香口。

平時去旺角行街街,總係好難找野食,因為旺角實在太多餐廳,花多眼亂,今日同女朋友去旺角買日用品,見到雅蘭中心2樓呢間中式點心,燃起左我地食中菜的食欲!茶:玫瑰荔枝平時茶樓來來去去都係普通常見的茶葉,店員介紹比較少見的玫瑰荔枝茶比我地,果然有驚喜,燒乳鴿前菜當然要食隻燒乳鴿啦~外層燒得剛剛好,皮脆肉香,而且入面的肉質的汁都被緊緊的鎖住,食完仲可以吸下骨的香味,正!蒜蓉粉絲豆腐蒸龍躉除左點心之外,我相個呢道菜式應該係招牌菜!我地對魚係情有獨鐘架!龍躉砵定係我地座上客,嫩滑的肉質真係令人流晒口水,下層仲有滑滑的豆腐,配在一齊食簡直係完美呀~~豬仔油飯食中菜我地一定叫油飯,白飯同豬仔油係分開上,可以根據喜好,飯粒好香,食落有種回香,令人一食再食,我地特別鐘情於個砵仔,相當有風味~中菜完全冇令我地失望,見到鄰座的點心好精美,下次來一定要試下佢地既點心!

看完反斗奇兵4電影,我們便去了附近雅蘭中心點心廊吃點心飲茶,點心廊有別於一般所吃的點心,點心配搭新穎,有的更是我們前所未嚐,甚為驚喜。從小到大我都很喜歡吃鵪鶉蛋燒賣,但流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣倒是第一次吃。流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣上頭的鵪鶉蛋消失了? 不,當我一咬,原來鵪鶉蛋藏在豬肉餡料中,原本雪白的燒賣被濃濃爆瀉的蛋黃染黃了,好不過癮。海膽鳳眼餃完全是升級版的蝦餃,晶瑩剔透的餃皮把彈牙的蝦肉美態盡現出來,完全考驗師傅的真功夫。而黃澄澄的海膽鮮甜無比,入口即化,把蝦肉鮮美發揮得淋漓盡致。麻婆豆腐日本帶子餃又一驚艷之作,翠綠的餃皮封口位置抹上一絲金鉑,顯得格外高貴。麻婆豆腐的香辣破口而出,嫩彈的日本帶子保有點點的甘甜,讓我們愛不釋口。首創墨汁腸卷簡直是為我而設,個人本身超愛吃墨汁腸。黑白分明的墨汁腸卷正在呼喚我快些把它吃掉,濃濃的墨汁香氣撲鼻,垂涎欲滴。香腸咬時頗有彈勁,香味在口中慢慢散開,蒸包鬆軟,天衣無縫的口感。黃金鮮蝦炸粉菓仿如月牙兒在銀盤高掛著,閃閃發光,粉菓外層脆而不油,蝦仁碩大富彈性,口味馨香,不錯的吃,不過吃時不要太心急,因為剛炸起,熱辣辣滿燙舌。原隻鮑魚雞粒酥讓人眼睛為之一亮,肥厚的鮑魚燜煮
