Quite thoughtful they got us a little corner on the 2nd floor, so we had a little more privacyThey only had set menu that day, not a lot to choose from but overall can’t complain from the four dinner sets we ordered.The appetisers are pretty good, we can pick from the three options. I think the most surprised dish would be the duck, very tender and juicy!! One little accident - We noticed dead fly was on the soup when it arrived but they change it for us immediately P.S they only take cash! So

They only had set menu that day, not a lot to choose from but overall can’t complain from the four dinner sets we ordered.

The appetisers are pretty good, we can pick from the three options.

I think the most surprised dish would be the duck, very tender and juicy!!

One little accident - We noticed dead fly was on the soup when it arrived but they change it for us immediately

P.S they only take cash! So head to the atm before you go ~

豬仔脾一共有3舊,肉質軟熟,時間火喉控制得啱啱好👍🏼牛肝菌汁亦同豬仔比好搭配,再夾埋配菜薯蓉食,好開胃😽不過豬仔脾唔夠肥美,如果選用更肥美既一定更好食😺

頭盤可以揀沙律或湯,各有特色😋沙律份量雖然好少,煙三文魚只有三四塊細嘅😟但各種蔬菜都好Fresh,食到佢地既爽口鮮甜😙再加上少少酸醋汁既點綴,真係恨不得佢大兜啲😖

而青豆湯冇想像中既草青味,平時唔中意青豆嘅小編都覺得好飲,飲落每一啖都有豆衣,有咬口,有D似蔬菜湯😛

套餐嘅甜品只有好細嘅一塊芝士蛋糕,但對於已經食完主菜嘅小編其實份量都夠😌成道甜品擺碟優美,底下既黑朱古力粉令整個蛋糕更濃朱古力味,亦唔會一味得死甜,為成個course劃上一個perfect ending☺️

海鮮飯口感恰到好處,飯粒軟綿適中,可吃得出大廚控制火喉得宜。可惜,就是敗在採用不夠新鮮的海鮮湯頭來煮飯,令整個西班牙海鮮飯分數大減。以$268這個價錢來說,令人失望。

慢煮法式黑毛羊骨架 Grilled 18 months Iberico Lamb Rack,無從入手完全不知如何演繹,完美得非筆墨可以形容。由外觀擺盤、烤煮香氣、技巧完成度、烹調味道、食材品質,無一不超乎我想像!配菜紅紅綠綠一定奪目,四支骨兩件站立著彷似兩座建築物聳立在森林旁邊,非常有畫面。鋸開露出嫩紅羊肉,肉汁閃令令,外層焦香泛著香草味道,軟塾羊肉天然甜味搭輕輕羶香,捲超醬汁更加食得入魂!見過不少食家並沒有用刀將每支骨鋸開獨立地享用,而係直接整件幾支骨連著咬扯,只能食到最外層少少的肉,真的非常奇怪,感到有點浪費。

板燒澳洲頂級羊髀扒Grilled Australian Lamb Leg Steak,難得一遇的食材,甚少餐廳會有供應,多謝幸運之神眷顧。因為沒有脂肪沒有肥膏,所以羊肉獨有的羶香近乎零,只隱約感覺到有一絲味道。天然肉甜味突出,充滿彈性的質地,充滿野性的味道滾埋醬汁更加滋味!識食一定沾滿薯蓉才放到嘴裡,味道夾得天衣無縫,陶醉得完全不能說話。

香煎羊西冷配香草紅酒汁 Lamb Steak Gravy Mashpotato,喜愛羶香肥美油潤的食家千奇不要錯過,必食之選!不用薄荷醬不用芥末,原汁原味純天然,原始的味道配上醬汁已美味無窮!最緊要懂得如何處理如何品嚐此佳餚,要連皮帶脂黏著肉一齊嘆,才可以食得到多層次多變化,互相平衡擦出火花!百味交錯拍爛手掌。香到天邊的羊皮,羶香油潤的羊脂,彈而結實的嫩紅羊肉,羊汁豐富發光,羊甜味霸道野蠻,加上薯蓉食味更倍增,我完全投降了!

特濃咖啡 Espresso double,淨啡是我的靈魂,不要糖不要奶,原汁原味的巴西混埃塞俄比亞風味!靚靚咖啡油脂黏滑,香濃深度烘焙黑朱古力甘,趁熱灌入芬芳無比!煙三文魚凱撒沙律 Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad,煙三文魚片混在煙肉碎芝士碎間用嫩菜盛著,百味混和舒暢。

鮮奶咖啡 Latte coffee,雪白的咖啡奶味強烈,最後才散發咖啡餘韻。凍意大利咖啡 Ice Italian Coffee,巴西混埃塞俄比亞咖啡豆,即磨豆香帶著油脂,味濃舒服。凍檸檬茶 Ice Lemon Tea,晶凝剔透的茶色,鮮檸檬酸中帶甜,消脂消滯透心涼。Espresso Fantasy,淺嚐一口想不出用上什麼材料,有果味的凍特濃咖啡。

煙花女大蝦管意粉 Bucatini Shrimp alla Puttanesca,意大利的民間食譜,有著意大利中世紀的故事!中空粗身的管意粉有趣既特別,不能讓您狼吞虎嚥地吸啜,只可以溫柔地續啖續啖享用。濃濃厚厚鮮茄醬汁帶著一絲的香辣,每條意粉間夾雜微量銀魚蓉,咸甜辣交錯互相昇華!脅持蝦肉一同釀入嘴仔,緩緩細味更加美麗!

卡邦尼管意粉 Bucatini Carbonara,色香味俱全,奪目的顏色及誘人畫面盡收眼底!特濃極至的味道,西班牙黑毛豬煙肉油香佔據每顆味蕾,厚厚芝士香甜蛋漿掛滿每條彈牙意粉!狠狠地放膽吸啜,所以汁液跟煙肉隨著意粉同步消失殆盡,清得乾乾淨淨不留半點餘暉在碟上!

法式香蒜豬髀仔配牛肝菌汁 Pork Shank Porcini Sauce Mashpotato,華麗精緻的擺盆誘惑萬分,薯蓉做墊放上色彩斑斕雜菜,最後讓 3 支豬髀仔躺著再淋下絨布般的牛肝菌汁,畫面吸引無可置疑,不知道味道如何?放棄我的紳士形象,摺起衫袖掏手拿起整條塞入,輕輕一啜骨肉分離,先彈結實後濕軟塾,肉絲中散發蒜香!捲起薯蓉連牛肝菌汁齊嘆,將味道推到另一境界!

香蒜波菜忌廉汁煙肉意大利飯 Bacon Risotto with Spinach Cream Sauce,乳白色的汁液被嫩紅煙肉粒襯托著,還有翠綠菠菜點綴,靜態的美景。香氣撲鼻忍不住來大啖一口,極高溫噴晒煙燙死寶寶了!原來蒸氣全被忌廉掩蓋著,要將意大利飯翻滾一下降降溫啊。煙肉油香混雜在乳白忌廉中,嘴嚼著嚥韌肉粒間中還趙到爽甜菠菜,飯粒飽滿彈彈被黏稠醬汁包著,食得津津有味。

芝士菠菜餡意大利雲吞 Ravioli with Ricotta & Spinach,靚靚花邊夠淑女,黃搭白的顏色吸引。整隻雲吞盛起帶著忌廉汁一啖入口,軟塾餃包充滿麵粉香甜味,厚厚芝士味道濃郁並留在舌尖上久久不散,還有陣陣菠菜清新味道緊隨著,使人不得不一隻接一隻不間斷地享用。

法式保雲蘇焗時令魚柳伴薯蓉 Provencal Style Seasonal Fish Fillet,完全在我應知之外,保雲蘇用在羊架烹調實在平凡不已,但竟然搬到魚柳上,真的要細心地研究研究。魚柳面積極大塊,幾乎佔據半隻碟了!還未放上枱在遠處已聞到煎魚的焦香,放到面前時更是壓迫感十足!香氣強襲驅使我要立即行動,手起刀落發出撕裂的聲音,清脆悅耳動聽令我莫明地興奮起來!脆脆的魚皮香口無比,蓋著便是白滑魚肉閃令令的魚汁,魚鮮咸香交錯昇華!將幼滑薯蓉搽滿魚柳同時細味,就是您就是這味道!

法式忌廉甘筍湯 Cream Carrots Soup,我本身不喜歡紅蘿蔔亦討厭甘筍,面對眼前的靚湯我決定投降。清爽的甘筍肉散發清新甜囅,甜得來不過份,忌廉使得湯汁更幼滑更吸引!轉眼全部灌到肚仔去,我可以免費添飲多一碗嗎?

西班牙蟹肉煙三文魚沙律 Crab Meat Smoked Salmon Salad,簡單就是美,只要食材新鮮已不用太多的花巧烹調。咸香嚥韌帶著微黏魚脂的煙三文魚片,盛著鮮味多汁蟹肉,用少量沙律汁點綴跟沙律菜拌到嘴裡,鮮甜清新醒胃精精,為緊隨而來的主菜作出美妙前奏!

法式香煎紅魚配忌廉薯蓉 Pan-Fried Red Snapper Mashpotato,幼滑香甜薯蓉作盤躺著紅魚柳,再鋪滿鮮艷沙律菜,似燦爛花卉亦像茂盛盆栽!焦香脆卜卜的魚皮,嬌嫩白滑油潤魚肉散發咸香魚甜。將薯蓉像牛油一般塗滿整件魚柳,密不透風地包著享用,天堂的味道使我飄飄欲仙。

干邑龍蝦濃湯 Homemade Lobster Bisque,廚師用忌廉在濃湯上畫出心形,有趣可愛令我會心微笑。龍蝦香氣輕飄,急不及待連肉帶湯灌滿嘴仔,加熱後干邑的獨特味道跟濃濃湯汁融合,發揮得淋漓盡致,越飲越想追住飲!

香燒西班牙黑毛豬柳 Grilled Spanish Iberico Pork,入口便知龍與鳳!黑毛豬比普通豬的肉甜味更出眾更濃郁,肉汁油脂更澎湃!煎得脂肪香脆,而中間保持粉紅濕潤,突然腦海中出現碗絲苗白飯呢!

熊本縣溫泉蛋伴美國蘆筍薯仔沙律 Green Asparagus Egg Confit Potato Salad,擺盤有趣極至,某角道十足十可愛純鹿一樣,菜為角而蟹子為眼鼻。劏開溫泉蛋讓蛋黃汁流出跟沙律混和,黏稱甜美蛋黃汁點食都美味絕倫。

法式煎鵝肝 Foie Gras Saute,這呎吋給我剛好一口釀入,鵝肝爆出甘香油脂,再來多汁烤青瓜的清新味道,撞得美妙。白酒忌廉煮藍青口 Blue Mussels in Creamy White Wine Sauce,平平淡淡簡簡單單樸樸素素,汁甜青口滑。

蟹子青瓜大蝦沙律 Cucumber Prawns Salad,蝦球跟我手指尾般粗壯,用沙律菜及青瓜夾著放到舌尖,爽甜蝦球帶著沙律的清新味道。煙三文魚沙律 Smoked Salmon Salad,油潤煙三文魚配鮮爽沙律菜幾世紀來都穩陣可口。凱撒沙律 Caesar Salad,爽脆希臘生菜,咸香芝士碎,酸咪咪沙律汁,撞得醒神醒腦。

香煎鱸魚配松露忌廉汁 Pan-seared Sea Bass with Black Truffle Cream Sauce,脆皮搭著白滑魚肉要滾滿松露忌廉汁慢嘆,這食法才是精髓!松露忌廉汁才是靈魂,回味的松露醬提鮮提香。大大舊啖啖魚肉配烤茄再沾滿薯蓉嘴嚼,春天的氣息。

法式香草豬柳配西班牙辣茄蓉 Pan-fried Pork Loin Spicy Tomato Purée,見似平凡但入口驚喜!先來口原味,煎得乾脆,撕開肉汁噴射,嫩嫩肉汁滴滴,甜甜的肉香。再伴著辣茄蓉嘆一口,酸辣帶甜夠神秘,使得食慾暴走想食多兩件呢!

拿破崙海鮮意大利飯 Neapolitan Alle Seafood Risotto,望著鮮橙色的飯底特別肚餓,顏色真的會影響食慾呢!真的食不出拿破崙汁是什麼,有忌廉味、有奶味、有果香、等等,十分神秘。蝦肉魷魚混在意大利飯中,不過不失合格。

煙花女肉醬蘑菇管意粉 Bucatini Mushroom alla Puttanesca,鮮茄醬味道特濃,強酸下不失甜茄味道,還混著咸銀魚蓉及辣椒味,味道豐富多層次。肉醬蘑菇蓉全部掛在彈牙意粉上大啖吸啜,迅間消失得無影無蹤。

意式香草牛肉丸燴茄蓉管意粉 Homemade Beefballs with Bucatini,牛肉丸陣陣意式雜香草氣味,牛味濃郁入口鬆軟帶彈,中空的管意粉比普通意粉粗而更彈更嚥韌,襯托著彩椒絲濃茄蓉美味可口。

紅酒燴牛肋柳伴意大利飯 Red Wine Braised Beef Shanks with Risotto,炆得極軟綿的牛肋柳帶著濃郁紅酒汁味道,躺在飽滿意大利飯上送入嘴裡,肉甜飯香必殺合體攻擊!我被溶化了。

法式粟米濃湯 Sweet Corn Bisque,金寶粟米湯?非也,是用鮮粟米打成蓉再用法式烹煮的濃湯!啖啖粟米肉,純天然粟米甜還有少許忌廉味點綴。法式南瓜濃湯 Pumpkin Bisque,金黃色的湯汁由新鮮南瓜肉打成,每口都是幼滑南瓜肉,清甜回味。

周打蜆湯 Clams Chowder,無可抗拒的氣味,急急享用!彈滑肥美的蜆肉充滿鮮味,不韌不鞋無過火,幼滑黏黏的湯汁浸著吸入,無話可說。意大利雜菜湯 Minestrone,濃厚茄味突出散發雜菜天然甜味,還泛著陣陣香草獨特味道。啖啖都是蔬菜,飲完覺得自己都健康多了。

伯爵茶 Earl Grey Tea,佛手柑與紅茶的完美結合,可以鎮定情緒、抗壓、幫助消化,我非常喜歡她的味道。洋甘菊花茶 Chamomile Tea,硬係有點菊花茶的影子,經常失眠的我飲完真的好好訓喎。茉莉花茶 Jasmine Tea,焗耐一點讓茶味更濃,清香茉莉花醒神。蜂蜜薄荷茶 Peppermint Tea with Honey,忍不住聯想起薄荷香口膠,最後散化蜂蜜的清甜。

凍牛奶朱古力 Ice Milk Chocolate,漸變顏色靚到不得了!奶味重重,輕輕朱古力可可味道。熱牛奶朱古力 Hot Milk Chocolate,暖笠笠甜入心,濃濃奶味帶著可可,在豐富的晚餐後畫上完美的句號。

小紅莓朱古力蛋糕 Cranberry Chocolate Cake,不喜歡蛋糕的我不願置評,普通朱古力蛋糕有點點帶酸紅莓碎。朱古力芝士蛋糕 Chocolate Cheesecake,連不愛甜品的我都讚好!不太甜有著可可香味,軟軟黏黏像慕絲。藍莓芝士蛋糕 Blue Cheesecake,整件入口慢慢在舌尖溶化,咸香芝士及酸甜藍莓打得火熱,溫柔的味道想再嚐多幾件。

呢個價錢已經係套餐黎 有沙律/湯揀加甜品同野飲 超級抵食!而牛扒個賣相已經好吸引 仲有薯仔同蔬菜😚 牛肉食落牛味都幾出 而且又多肉汁 叫五成熟就剛好 夠哂淋唔會好韌好難硬 而甜品係朱古力蛋糕 食落唔會太甜又smooth都唔錯 值得一試🥳

呢間新既西餐廳 唔開google map都幾難搵門口乾淨企理一入去店員就比2樓位我對正打卡位 都幾靚 唔會太浮誇Lunch Menu黎講 由$8x-$12x同一般餐廳比就少貴 但好食既西餐黎講唔貴同fd叫左2個set先上餐湯- 粟米湯偏鹹,雞湯味濃,無咩粟米粒煙花女大蝦意大利粉由於筆者唔食得辣,一入口feel到少少慶口,應該有少少Tabasco/辣油但幾惹味!而且d蝦幾新鮮,應該唔係雪蝦一向麻麻地海鮮既我,都拮哂d蝦黎食又真係幾好食香煎美國牛腹排伴法式牛油焗薯叫左7成熟外層少少乾,內裡鬆軟個汁應該係燒汁 味道適中跟餐仲有是日甜品(朱古力蛋糕)細細件,味道ok其他待續

牛腹肉質較有彈性,脂肪連皮一層亦帶香味,慢煮的烹調看到肉還是粉嫩,甚是吸引,熟度剛好不會太生。味道豐盈牛香味,質地嫩滑而有彈性。醬汁香濃不太搶,配角牛油焗薯香滑綿密,相對很夾。

餐飲點了Hot Coffee, 咖啡香醇濃厚,是有質素的,飲後有餘韻,不是一般普通咖啡,果然有心思。


整體來說 認為菜色以至烹調都講究出色,大廚應記一功,論級數彷似置身fine dining 餐廳,配合環境細節,性價比高,難得地享受了一頓豐富滿意的午餐,約好朋友疫情後會來吃晚飯呢!
