If you love both sashimi and donburis, you should definitely try this 😉: 💗九公丼 (HKD 178)💗This is their recommended donburis, they have a variety of sashimis here, including sea urchins, salmon, salmon roes, Peony shrimp, crab meat, seasonal fish and scallops! 👀All very fresh, scallops were mildly sweet, salmon very delicious and it’s in big portion too! 🥰I think adding some of their in-house soy sauce made it even yummier! 🫨🐯虎士山丼 (HKD 148) 🐯This don has grounded salmon, scallops, crab meat, salmon roes and what caught my eyes was that they HAVE BLACK TRUFFLE😆 on it too! Salmons were very fresh and scallops were fresh and sweet☺️. They were not greedy with the salmon roes as well! With these signature bowls, you could choose a sauce - sea urchin sauce, mentaiko sauce, honey mustard or cheesy crab roe.
