最好味同出色既一道菜。等待既時間較長,證明係好考功夫。首先擺盤好靚,唔同位置上撒上什菌同牛肝菌,兩款菌既份量都好多,菇味非常香濃,更驚喜係黑豚肉既肥肉部份口感好似啫喱般軟滑,入口即溶😍完全無好肥膩既感覺,肉質好鬆軟入味,十分推薦呢個菜!

呢度食物質素真係幾唔錯,適合一家大細聚餐,另外店員嘅服務態度好好,有位好後生著西裝既經理好有耐心地介紹同埋推薦菜式俾我哋,亦好好笑容,下次同屋企人食飯都會考慮嚟呢度。

上星期喺銅鑼灣行街發現V Point地底下的餐廳變身為一間名叫為「日喜樓」的京川滬餐廳,下午兩點幾,見肚仔餓,一於走入去試試!一落到地底見到餐廳裝修都幾grand,好有風格,地方廣大,座位寬敞又舒適,帶埋一家大細黎家庭聚餐就最好不過菜單用平板電腦展示,夠晒新潮先進,選擇仲好豐富添日喜灌湯小籠包價值$63嘅小籠包到底質素如何?果然係冇失望!湯包外皮薄得來帶點嚼口,有麵粉香,內裡包住好軟腍的豬肉內餡,一咬開上湯汁就頓然湧出來,皮薄餡靚,非常juicy呢芙蓉三鮮三鮮分別係:帶子、鮑魚片、鮮蝦,三款海鮮都好新鮮,份量充足,爽口彈牙!芙蓉其實即係蛋白,蛋白份量都幾多,炒得非常嫩滑,加上黑醋後更能提鮮,送飯食就啱晒黃金薑米鱈魚粒炒飯炒飯用煲仔呈上,可以keep住溫度!黃金薑米的薑味唔算好重,反而好有鑊氣,鱈魚粒同飯都炒得好香口,炒飯粒粒分明,唔油膩,口感偏硬,有嚼勁,我鍾意總括而言,食物價錢合理而且幾高質,午市仲要免加一,物有所值啊!
