北京填鴨方面非常細心地每塊粉皮都有一張紙隔開不會臉臉着,肉質和皮方面填鴨非常脆皮肉也不是非常口絕對適合做北京填鴨


魚羹方面芫荽金華火腿木耳絲筍非常細條絕對適合慢食的人,味道也非常不錯


蔡螃蟹方面蛋白非常滑,有明顯的蟹肉而且蔡螃蟹中間是會用鵪鶉旦王作為點綴非常好味


黑松露炒蝦仁而且附送一碟醋,蝦仁不會很濃而且和黑松露的味道非常搭配是清新之選


香菇翡翠苗味道正常翡翠苗是用上湯一起炒所以味道上非常入味


總括而言一定要再來因為真的有種下次運來賓至如歸的感覺!

假期前夕,努力咁工作左好幾日,難得有happy Thursday,選擇左出城搵食!黎到老銅最旺的登龍街,五光十色,眼花撩亂,最後揀左最純樸的中菜日喜樓。雖說純樸但菜色絕不簡單,一桌桌百碟小菜實在吸睛,不過兩小口子只能簡單吃,點了爆汁牛肉餅,小龍包,酸辣海參羹,酸菜班片和半隻片皮鴨,非常豐富。小吃爆汁牛肉餅如其名,一咬肉汁就衝出來,酥脆外皮配熱辣辣牛肉餡和精盈的肉汁,兩小件真的不夠吃!小龍包亦不遜色,同樣滿滿湯汁,皮薄餡靚,推介!再來酸辣海參羮則非常開胃,海參外還有筍及木耳等,增加咬口及層次。酸菜班片眼看啖啖肉,越食越有味道,越食越有驚喜,除了魚塊,酸菜及辣椒外,還尋寶般看到有冬菇,草菇,還有酸辣必點寬粉!!!片皮鴨珊珊來遲,店家很貼心將外皮架在火爐上保持溫熱,慢慢食外皮都保持微熱,鴨件則外皮稍脆,連肉吃減肥膩感,二人不知不覺食左半隻鴨。飽頓一餐二人抱著肚皮滿足咁離去,叉足電又再拼博。

這幾天Sogo正在舉辦日本食品展,今天趁著仍是假期的空檔,跟姨姨去Sogo辦貨,我們都買了不少好吃的,相信夠我們一星期吃。之後我們去了V Point的日喜樓吃午餐,這裡環境幽靜寬廣,很適合我們慢慢享受午飯時光。姨姨大讚杞子花雕醉雞擺盤漂亮,花雕香味四溢,笑說光聞這醉雞快要醉了,而且雞肉被花雕浸泡至酒香濃醇,皮滑肉嫩,可謂色香味的涼菜。酸辣海參羹灑上浙醋,一大碗酸辣羹精彩的湯料,海參爽口,木耳,筍絲爽脆,湯羹酸得過癮,辣得順口不刺激,令我們胃口大開。品味皮脆餡多的羅春閣爆汁生煎包時,可先將生煎包夾起,放在湯匙上,接著用筷子夾破一個小洞,讓湯汁流出,嚐嚐裡面鮮美的湯汁,然後在一口咬下,豬肉肉餡飽滿鮮嫩,甘甜味美,使我們愛不惜口。韭黃炒鱔糊讓人不禁口水直流,鱔魚切成細絲狀,再和韭黃以醬油爆炒,熱騰騰的鱔糊香氣勾人饞涎。清甜的韭黃跟嫩彈的鱔魚相互輝映,用來拌飯吃簡直一流。最後我們選擇了豆沙窩餅作為我們的飯後甜品,窩餅金黃酥香的外層份外誘人,內裡的紅豆蓉綿密香甜,吃畢還會感到唇齒留香,豎起大拇指來。
