今日翻工lunch又去試新野!依間係時代廣場附近 位置都方便易搵一去到員工都好有禮貌地方夠大 坐得舒服因為遲左放Lunch 去到都接近14:00職員同我講 14:00 午市Last Order所以9秒9點左餐 午餐Set C & D$88 一個set 無加一有三碟小菜 主菜 麵食 加一個飲品飲品可以揀紅棗水 薏米水 或咖啡 菜同朋友各要一杯熱紅棗水同薏米水勁好飲 非常推薦呀!!啲小菜都不錯我食Set C 印象中好似係豬骨湯麵個湯底勁足料 飲左好多啖!

很久沒有與家人出外食飯了,今次有好友推介銅鑼灣的中餐廳,就約家人去初嘗。登龍街有好多餐廳,我們都沒有比其他吸引,直落地庫,意想不到一個裝修很新派的中菜廳。我們叫了雞絲粉皮做小食,表面濃濃的花生醬,已經非常吸引,拌勻一起,吃上來非常美味,涼菜十分吸引我們。再叫了酸辣海參羹一碗,這裡的菜式可以按自己的喜好和口味,單點是可以的。這安排令我們兩個小妮子,嘗試多幾種類,讚👍🏻這酸辣羹是家人叫的,我嘗了幾口,材料十分豐富,酸辣味剛剛好。再叫日喜灌湯小籠包,我們兩人都十分喜歡吃小籠包,即上桌就清光光,小籠包入面的湯味道剛好,不會太咸。我們叫了兩份海皇鍋巴,十分有驚喜。我們最喜歡這鍋巴。鍋巴是沾了鹹蛋黃,吃起來脆脆配上濃濃的鹹蛋黃味,配料是蟹肉加菇。伴菜是合桃和火龍果啫哩。這清新甜甜的味道,與鍋巴的口感,是令人回味。經常外出食飯,叫了一個金腿娃娃菜,由咸食轉為清淡口味,食一個清清地,健康飲食,而菜的份量剛剛好。最後,叫了雞煨麵,一個麵食兩人分,有雞絲配上上海麵,就完結了星期五的晚上。中菜當然有茗菜,菜芥12蚊一位。

因為我覺得食上海菜,松子魚是上海菜的靈魂人物。

唔好以為炸魚有咩難道,使咩分好唔好味呀!
炸得外脆內嫩,醬汁鎖住魚肉,吃落口沒有半點魚骨,是好考功夫的。
