對日喜樓最印象深刻既就係百碟宴,之前見到有朋友黎食擺到成枱都係小菜超壯觀。百碟宴就暫時未有機會試到,今次黎食個lunch試下d野食先。喺v-point扶手電梯落一層就到,好有氣派的門面呀。入到店內好寬敞,中午食客唔算好多,可以傾到計慢慢坐。見到有午市套餐共有四款,價錢又ok wor,我想像中會貴d。俾佢既任食涼菜小食吸引到,細問店員原來有六款小菜可任食,超正呢!跟餐點了熱薏米水,個杯超靚呀,藍白中國風,好想要。第一次飲薏米水加左薑,味道幾特別,但如果可以大杯d就好喇,唔夠喉。小菜碟超靚,五顏六色,是日有的小菜包括:雞絲粉皮、瑤桂冬蓉、麻婆豆腐、家常水餃、蔥油餅、涼伴雲耳,款款都食得出廚師們用心製作,有地道家鄉味道。套餐A. 環境5分:高級上海菜格局,有D小古董擺設,有大房,有梳化位,空間感充足,可以畀五分。衛生5分:雖然感覺上似新派,但入面都非常之光猛。用電子屏幕做餐牌,非常之環保,唔會浪費紙張,又夠衛生,加上D碗筷新淨,畀佢五分。服務5分: 服務員快手快腳,態度好,唔囉唆,滿分。味道4分:1)      蔥油拌海蜇食落非常之爽口,點埋提供嘅芥辣就非常開胃。2)      清炒蝦仁每一隻蝦仁都大大粒,非常晶瑩通透。廚師清理得非常乾淨,好新鮮好彈牙。3)      干煸四季豆有少少辣,非常惹味,有好多肉碎粒,送飯一流。4)      雞煨麵上到枱熱辣辣,雞粒都唔少,碗麵非常之淋,唔使點咬都吞到,D湯就好有味,但係食完唔會口渴,真材實料。5)      半隻自家制油淋雞個雞皮好脆,不過D雞肉就鞋左少少,要扣佢一分。6)      四喜臨門有四隻唔同味道嘅小籠包,個look可能有D怪,但每隻都皮夠薄,入面又夠多湯汁,D料又好軟淋,果D特別口味又唔會話好重口味,非常清新。抵食4分:平均三舊水食精緻上海菜都算正常,可以畀四分。

鱈魚雪裏紅燴麵 $58,湯稠,麵不太腍,魚碎鮮滑,增加湯鮮香,雪裏红咸味不會令湯太咸,兩三絲金華火腿提味,加點色彩。


吾是南瓜$48,有心機攪攪花臣,用染色糯米粉, 搓成南瓜樣,軟軟糯糯包著飽滿香滑紫薯餡,但初以為豆沙餡,不太甜,熱辣辣,好呀。


看回灣仔舊店,認為富中國特色裝潢,設計有心思及新,我較喜歡,可惜我錯過了。

同女女去小飛象影完相,就黎食晚飯。因為6點就到人不多這裡裝修得好豪華高級,坐得好舒服,我地2個人黎比4人檯我地坐,員工都好有禮貌。呢度有菊花茶飲,比較特別,又健康,清新健康,清熱解毒。食物水準高,不過份量較小,每樣都細細碟,不過好食就唔緊要。桂花糕得3小粒,幾迷你,食左好似無食過咁,所以相對來說,這裡價錢都幾貴,性價比不算高。

上星期有晚同左家中既大帝同女皇出街食中菜揀左黎呢度就係因為知道呢度新開有優惠,北京填鴨有七折,所以個晚專登book好位,帶埋愛食填鴨既家中兩老黎食返晚本身想要全隻填鴨等佢地食得盡慶,但女皇話想留返個肚試多啲唔同既菜色,咁就聽佢話要半隻既“北京填鴨”HKd$159(折後)+10%啦,之後我地再叫左啲推介食物同菜色準備開餐 先黎既係店家推介既“四喜臨門”HKd$58+10%,分別有四種唔同既口味,個晚我淨係試左粒原味,上湯同肉餡既味道都唔錯,外皮亦唔會過厚!大帝仲話佢食個粒係九層塔既味道,個香味好出添之後就係我揀既“酸菜班片”HKd$178+10%當中既班片魚嫩無骨,魚皮厚而富膠質!仲有唔少既雜菌同酸菜混合其中,最重要係有我最愛既煙韌寬粉味道酸而醒胃不過辣,吸左精華既寬粉固然好食,配上香軟既白飯同樣合拍呢半隻燒得皮脆肉嫰,肥瘦均秤既北京填鴨同樣無令我地失望薄而不破既餅皮包住沾上帶甜醬料既鴨片,加上清新爽脆既青瓜絲同京蔥段一同食下,當中既滋味讓人回味而大帝個晚揀左個“羊肉搶湯麵”HKd$58+10%做主食有我同女皇大人喺度,甜品環節就當然唔會缺少啦除左嗌左份女皇鍾愛既“高力豆沙香蕉球”HKd
