突然想到西貢食嘢,喺OpenRice book咗8點半,凖時殺到呢間店。老闆話海鮮入貨貴,所以冇哂特價海鮮套餐,唯有點小菜。椒鹽鮮魷外皮非常脆,但coating的粉卻十分之薄,好正👍🏻滑蛋蝦仁的蝦仁大隻彈牙👍🏻,不過蛋唔够香,選材問題。清炒芥蘭超正👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,火候恰到好處,所以芥蘭爽甜,個個都讚不絕口。花膠湯将食材的原味煲哂出來,清甜滋潤。牛肋排不但牛味十足,更是入口即溶。

This is one of the worst meal I ever have in HK. Food are overpriced and taste extremely salty. We ordered a dinner set with shark fin soup, the soup is as salty as seawater. The oyster congee is also so salty that even I poured in three cups of water it is still very salty. Considering the food quantity is poorly little and the really hopeless food quality, the food definitely does not worth the price and I won’t recommend this to any of my friend for the good of their wallet and kidney.

Disgusting and disrespectful service. Bought a duck and was only served the slices when we requested the rest of the duck, the manager got extremely rude and angry shouting at us that we needed to pay a lot extra. It's not unreasonable to ask for the whole duck we selected. Could you imagine selecting a fish in a seafood restaurant and the manager getting mad when you ask why only a few bits of meat are delivered instead of the whole fish. Don't go near this place!

好久沒有到西貢吃海鮮,今天忽發其想,很想吃海鮮,就到西貢去了。都知道到西貢吃海鮮不會便宜,上網爬文之後,選了這一家。價格確實比其他西貢海鮮餐廳便宜兩成左右。既然比其他餐廳便宜了,今天就吃好一點吧,首先,選了濃湯雞煲翅。其實都只不過是400多元,雞湯非常濃郁非常香,雞香味撲鼻而來,魚翅多得好像湯麵呢。而且是一疏疏的不是水池,真係非常抵吃。另外要了一個二人海鮮餐,都只不過是$600左右,有數款海鮮🦞而且非常新鮮,做得也相當不錯。特別推介波士頓龍蝦芝士伊面,濃濃的芝士醬汁加上爽口彈牙厚肉的龍蝦真是一絕。

昨日提前慶祝母親節,就去了花朝軒,之前朋友去過話不錯,就心想去試下啦!去到餐館只得樓上加我們兩枱客人,飯點時間得兩枱客,心想都心知不妙!但已經來到就照吃啦!叫了一個4人餐價錢$1388外加兩隻乳鴿!一來上湯,湯不過不失,之後上龍蝦伊麵,沒想到四人餐得一隻龍蝦開二咁樣,仲要芝士伊麵勁咸!第三樣是上乾蔥燒桶蠔,這個蠔就不錯,第四樣就到乳鴿,兩隻乳鴿燒到乾爭爭,一點肉汁都沒有,肉柴的,第五樣就上蒸聖子皇,又係過火候同埋又係勁咸,第六樣就上那個菜,那些白菜仔又係勁老勁難食,最後上魚同飯、就不過不分!總體來講這間花朝軒真係貼錢買難受,所有食物水準中下,價錢又貴,埋單總數要$1740!有心來試的人要考慮清楚!

必須要推介這間位於西貢市中心的中高檔海鮮餐廳,這間餐廳裝修充滿着舊上海的高貴格調,所有餐具,燈飾,餐桌等都是用心挑選過的。食物方面,我們一行六人點了一個四人餐,另外再加了兩隻燒乳鴿,份量絕對足夠,甚至吃不完要打包。必須要讚海鮮非常新鮮,這個餐才1000多,但已包了蒸海斑,蒸蟶子,龍蝦伊面,美國石蠔等等,全部都很高水準,而且燉湯非常足料,滋潤美味。下次來西貢市中心,未必一定要吃大排檔感覺的海鮮,同樣價錢,可以試試高貴地吃過海鮮大餐。

必須要推介這間位於西貢市中心的中高檔海鮮餐廳,這間餐廳裝修充滿着舊上海的高貴格調,所有餐具,燈飾,餐桌等都是用心挑選過的。食物方面,我們一行六人點了一個四人餐,另外再加了兩隻燒乳鴿,份量絕對足夠,甚至吃不完要打包。必須要讚海鮮非常新鮮,這個餐才1000多,但已包了蒸海斑,蒸蟶子,龍蝦伊面,美國石蠔等等,全部都很高水準,而且燉湯非常足料,滋潤美味。下次來西貢市中心,未必一定要吃大排檔感覺的海鮮,同樣價錢,可以試試高貴地吃過海鮮大餐。

足12両(我個人覺得超過)的金花尾龍躉仔,喜歡食魚的朋友應該望見都口水流,根本不用介紹,新鮮就是王道,而且清蒸是最佳的烹調方法,肉厚骨少而且質感嫰滑非常,絕對是上上之選,不容錯過😋

最後還有金銀蛋浸時蔬和杜小月櫻花蝦炒飯,特別喜歡這個櫻花蝦炒飯,因為材料除了櫻花蝦之外,米飯之中亦混合了炒米在其中,所以每一口的層次感相當豐富,有軟有硬亦有櫻花蝦獨有的香味,廚師👨🏻‍🍳應記一功,正!
整體亦十分滿意店內服務的效率和有禮的待客之道,難怪朋友極力推薦,自有他的道理👍🏻
