To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天2021年5月13日星期四下午2時許,我到荷里活聯盛宴酒樓飲下午茶。當時我點了煎釀虎皮尖椒、煎腸粉和蝦醬蒸鮮鱿三款點心。很快煎釀虎皮尖椒就送到,起初我食到魚肉有腥臭味,後來我還發覺魚肉未熟,於是我找到一位經常負責埋數的女服務員,向她說出魚肉未熟。很奇怪她看也沒看多一眼,就直接對我說,該款點心肯定是熟的,因為煎釀虎皮尖椒是先蒸熟後才煎的。我懷疑釀虎皮尖椒先蒸就一定蒸得熟嗎?這款點心又是否由她親自製作呢!這時變成我一言她一語,她堅持想我相信她,食了也沒問題,最後我只能說點心錢我照付,我請她吃,她才不再作一聲,將點心拿去給另一位,穿西裝的男經理看。唉!真是一間不理顧客健康生命和擁有一位只會找理由,服務勁差員工的酒樓。

同朋友飲茶,朋友介紹呢間話試過都ok, 就去試試,十二點鐘唔使等位。見到點心都多選擇, 沙律海鮮角做得幾精緻,而且味道都唔錯,蘿蔔糕不過不失, 唔會粉太多失咗蘿蔔味。 腸粉捲住咗啲肉,我覺得呢個反而味道一般, 應該普通牛腸叉腸會畀佢好。另外,蒸鮮魷都唔錯, 好香蒜蓉味, 鮮魷彈口, 馬拉糕香軟鬆滑, 亦是不錯之選。

星期日同屋企人喺聯盛宴飲早茶,雖然幾多人等位,但係我地都係等左半個鐘到就有位坐。佢啲點心同菜式選擇都算多,但係味道就不過不失,冇乜特別。我地叫咗蝦腸、蝦餃、燒賣、馬拉糕、春卷、奶皇包等茶樓必嗌嘅點心。小食方面我地嗌咗黃金七味豆腐粒同埋脆炸魷魚鬚。賣相、味道同份量都正正常常,冇乜特別嘅驚喜。最值得一贊嘅係所有點心上枱時都熱辣辣,唔會擺到凍哂先上枱。正因為佢啲嘢食都冇乜特別,但係就比一般茶樓貴,所以個人認為物非所值,略嫌貴咗少少。

We arrived at this restaurant on a Tuesday morning for a quick breakfast. We didn't know the price would be cheaper if we paid the bill before 11:30, so it was already a good start for us!

Food: We ordered a portion of Shrimp noodle rolls $29, BBQ pork noodle rolls $26, Chicken with sticky rice in lotus leaf $26, Goldern sand-custard buns $23, Beef meatballs $23, Shrimp dumplings $29, Deep-fried double layered milk rolls $23, Pan-fried turnip cakes $23, 3 portions of Chinese tea (it's compulsory even though I hate Chinese tea) and a coke $12. 
The food was a present surprise! For example, the shrimps from the noodle rolls and dumplings were huge, fresh and tender; the BBQ pork was well roasted and the pork quality was rather good (i.e. not too much fat); the creamy runny egg custard filling from the golden custard bun was hot, not too sweet and yummy. The quality of the beef meatballs, sticky rice in lotus leaf and turnip cakes were average but the deep-fried double layered milk rolls were delicious! I felt like eating potato croquettes with the creamy eggs & milk inside. I've never tried this before but I loved it!

Service: Staffs were neither friendly nor professional. They never smiled, never had any eyes contact and they talked so loud like they were shouting at people all the time. The staffs who served us didn't say thank you or goodbye. The quality of service was similar to what you'd expect at "Dai Pai Dong". However, the foods were served fast to the table, the seats were comfortable and it's quite spacious. The restaurant was actually bigger than what it looked from the outside. 

Price: 8 dim sums, 3 portions of tea, a coke, plus 10% service charge arrived at $270. It's reasonably cheap in HK.

Overall, we had a nice breakfast here. The food quality was better than what I expected, the service was worse than average and the price was cheaper than what I thought it'd be. To my understanding, Federal Banquet is the only dim sum restaurant at Plaza Hollywood so it would be the only place to go if you want to have dim sum at this shopping centre.

酒樓帳幕式間廳賣相簡陋且不隔音,令環境嘈雜,未能提供寧静空間進食,極需改進。

縱觀該晚菜式水平,四千多元一席,性價比實屬不高,比起酒樓集團二千多元一席猶有不及,幸好侍應水平尚可,換碟及服務亦算殷勤。

「聯·盛宴」原本在鑽石山「荷里活廣場」裡面的名稱,是叫做「聯邦大酒樓」。「聯邦大酒樓」將他們在「荷里活廣場」原有的分店結業,再搬遷到「荷里活廣場」另一個樓層,改名了叫做「聯·盛宴」。顧名思義,「聯·盛宴」是屬於「聯邦大酒樓」專門負責代辦婚宴的版本酒樓,雖然「聯邦大酒樓」本身,也可以充當代辦酒宴的場地,但是現在的人如果想婚宴,當然想選擇格調比較年輕的場地多一點。結果「聯·盛宴」取代了「聯邦大酒樓」,成為在「荷里活廣場」裡面,早午茶兼舉辦晚宴的場地之一。我跟阿媽約了阿姨,在「荷里活廣場」裡面找中式酒樓,飲中茶兼食午飯。由於「荷里活廣場」裡面實際上適合飲茶,又有雞飯可食的酒樓已經所餘無幾,阿媽又不想在其他風格的食肆食飯,所以我只能到「聯·盛宴」飲午茶。「聯·盛宴」跟很多中式酒樓都一樣,酒樓場內有大量的電視屏幕。不過「聯·盛宴」的環境對我來說,已經不是最差強人意的酒樓,因為「聯·盛宴」的電視機,同時正在播映不同的頻道。起碼我還可以選擇了,坐在面對播放「81」電視頻道電視機的座位上,所以「聯·盛宴」在環境這方面,暫時還未算最差,還有安全感的中式食肆。另一方面,我剛剛打開「聯·盛宴」的自助點心紙,

結果「聯·盛宴」取代了「聯邦大酒樓」,成為在「荷里活廣場」裡面,早午茶兼舉辦晚宴的場地之一。我跟阿媽約了阿姨,在「荷里活廣場」裡面找中式酒樓,飲中茶兼食午飯。

「聯·盛宴」跟很多中式酒樓都一樣,酒樓場內有大量的電視屏幕。不過「聯·盛宴」的環境對我來說,已經不是最差強人意的酒樓,因為「聯·盛宴」的電視機,同時正在播映不同的頻道。

另一方面,我剛剛打開「聯·盛宴」的自助點心紙,我立刻被「聯·盛宴」名目眾多的菜式、點心跟其他食品所迷住,我花時間詳細參透,看看「聯·盛宴」自助點餐紙有什麼新穎點心可以一試。

結果我被「聯·盛宴」自助點心紙裡面,其中一款炸類點心,名稱叫做「這不是春卷」的點心所吸引到。我很好奇究竟「聯·盛宴」的「這不是春卷」是什麼的玩意。

結果我二話不說,立刻拿着原子筆在「聯·盛宴」的自助點心紙「香脆煎炸」點心一欄裡面,剔選了「這不是春卷」。跟著我在「聯·盛宴」自助點心紙其他的位置裡面,選擇了「甜在心流沙包」。

除了「這不是春卷」跟「甜在心流沙包」之外,我還另外點選了「帶子菜苗餃」、「煎釀虎皮尖椒」、「木魚燒汁茄子」跟「鮮竹四寶雞札」等等的點心菜式。

至於傳統的中式酒樓點心裡面,我今次反而對「鮮蝦燒賣皇」興趣不是很大,最後只是選擇了食「晶瑩鮮蝦腸」跟「晶瑩蝦餃皇」。「聯·盛宴」裡面有一款我已經沒有食很久的點心,叫做「雞絲粉卷」。

「雞絲粉卷」跟「雞絲粉皮」在味道上最顯著的分別,在於前者的味道以鹹味為主,後者的味道則以甜味為主。前者包裹着雞絲跟其他配菜來食,後者的食法則以米粉皮,點着甜味芝麻醬享用。

反而「聯·盛宴」另一款煎炸點心「煎釀虎皮尖椒」的味道,比我預期中的味道來得麻辣,估計「聯·盛宴」的點心師傅,可能在剔除尖椒核的過程中有點疏忽,結果處理後的尖椒仍遺下部分核。

這樣製作出來的「煎釀虎皮尖椒」,出來的味道大部分應該不難估計得到,味道變得十分之辣,這樣的「煎釀虎皮尖椒」應該不是我吃過最好的釀尖椒。

至於「聯·盛宴」的腸粉食品「原隻帶子菜苗腸」,「原隻帶子菜苗腸」居然是以先切段,然後逐一分開上碟的處理方式。「聯·盛宴」再在腸粉上面淋上豉油,幾乎所有腸粉都吸收到豉油的鹹味。

這種來自豉油的鹹味,令到「原隻帶子菜苗腸」裡面的蝦肉鮮甜味道,最後都被鹹味的豉油所完全蓋過了,最後只剩下蝦肉本來有的彈牙口感。

「木魚燒汁茄子」是我比較喜愛的另一道點心,純粹是因為喜歡茄子,被高溫蒸氣蒸熟後的軟腍,兼且無骨啖啖肉的口感,而且味道甜美。

隨着「聯·盛宴」侍應,把大部分的點心菜式都端出來之後,就只剩碟頭飯類別的「聯·盛宴」「粟米雞粒飯」還未送到上檯。

說回「聯·盛宴」的「這不是春卷」,雖然「聯·盛宴」口口聲聲說它們的「這不是春卷」不是春卷,但是「這不是春卷」裡面的餡料的而且確是彈牙蝦肉,又是用春卷皮包着來食,究竟它跟傳統的春卷有什麼分別?

所以我估計「聯·盛宴」,之所以把他們製作的炸春卷點心稱呼叫做「這不是春卷」,只是因為「這不是春卷」是一刀不切,然後倒轉直插餐具器皿上檯,食客可以直接食到鮮蝦春卷的爽脆薄餅皮口感。

另一方面,我認為「聯·盛宴」之所以,堅決把他們的炸春卷食品改名叫做「這不是春卷」,純粹因為「這不是春卷」食法比較與別不同而已,但是「這不是春袋」的餡料內容,卻跟一般炸春卷沒有太大分別。

所以食客完全不用擔心「這不是春卷」的炸卷皮,會被刀或剪刀所剪爛,就算「這不是春卷」鬆脆的炸皮要穿破,恐怕「這不是春卷」只能夠,在食客的牙齒之間被咬爛而已。

反而「聯·盛宴」的飯類食品,沒有點心那麼多選擇,我在「聯·盛宴」裡面的餐牌內千挑萬選,到最後亦只能夠選擇到一味平凡的「粟米雞粒飯」而已。

再加上我勉為其難,在「聯·盛宴」點餐紙裡面苦苦搜索出來的「鮮竹四寶雞札」,我在「聯·盛宴」食到的雞肉菜式,就只有這幾款小菜點心而已。

不過「聯·盛宴」對我來說,在「荷里活廣場」裡面已經不是最差勁的酒樓,一山還有一山低,總有食店比「聯·盛宴」差勁,「聯·盛宴」點心至少比較多選擇,起碼還有味道。

所以我覺得「聯·盛宴」由環境到食品,都未算是最差勁的酒樓,即使將來我應該不可能,獨自幫襯「聯·盛宴」了。
