- 一來到就覺得擺盤設計很美,像用墨魚汁畫出一幅畫來。銀鱈魚柳厚身, 橄欖油煎得剛好, 銀鱈魚新鮮,煎出了魚油香,而且肉質嫩滑,沒有雪藏味,配菜有軟腍creamy的薯蓉🥔,兩者上面都有一些炒香了的麻辣洋蔥和炸蒜🧄,還可以配魚子和墨魚汁吃,口感和味道豐富。
