腐乳份量用得剛剛好,唔會令到味道太嗆,
但同時亦食到腐乳嘅香

其特色係用咗金華火腿、臘肉取代煙肉,
比平時食嘅卡邦尼香啲,
不過個人覺得臘味可以炒得再出味啲會更好,
感覺廚師有啲保守,可能驚臘味味道太強烈會被抗拒~~
