To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今午去銅鑼灣時代廣場食午餐,電梯直上十樓食通天,見到很大只鴨模型,是鴨大哥.  決定在此午餐, 鴨大哥主打食鴨, 連點心都以鴨為主題, 好特別, 叫了: 上素餃, 一籠三件, 皮晶瑩剔透.  內餡為健康的雜菌, 口感不錯, 很爽口, 又豐富. 雪菜鴨絲芋角 擺設好靚, 芋角炸起脆口, 又唔油.雲南黑豬義燒腸, 腸粉皮好滑, 雲南黑豬叉燒好稔, 有肉味, 豉油好靚.鴨松梅菜包,  熱騰騰, 包皮發得鬆軟又唔厚, 內裏多汁, 鴨松梅菜好味. 鮮竹卷,  鮮竹卷內餡調味好, 用上湯蒸可以清淡一點, 沒有用蠔油打成茨比較健康. 魚肚棉花雞,  用料足, 雞肉好滑, 味道不俗.海鮮鴨湯泡飯  湯底很甜又足料, 裏面有蝦肉, 帶子同冬瓜粒, 配脆米.   把泡米倒進湯內, 脆米依然脆口,  好味道. 招呼也不錯, 點心食材及質素都好.

有商場優惠券就諗住食餐好,片皮鴨一向係至愛名單之一,一於約齊4人lunch去食番隻。一坐低侍應好識做,聽到我地想食鴨就即話幫我地落單先,因為需時製作,諗住加分。之後叫多幾款,點心,小菜咩都叫下,可惜點心超差,先來超硬芋角(唔怪得上菜要跟刀叉)不過支叉係叉唔落,再來未熟鹹水角(切開個皮仲未透)唯有退貨。炸雲吞不過味精重手咗。好彩廚房師傅得,來個咕嚕肉,好味皮又脆,要讚,炸豆腐都好味唔錯,再來個雜菜煲都有水準。講咗咁耐點解冇相又冇鴨評,咪因為等咗45分鐘都未有,三追四問都係等,仲要突然走來話咭機壞咗,冇現金就請去撳機先最後就緊係埋單走人兼一肚氣,我地打工仔食飯先得一個鐘,點等到你"超"慢工出細貨。鴨店冇鴨真係未試過,仲諗住等主角上枱先影相。

時代廣場的鴨大哥除了招牌的北京填鴨,這一道龍蝦粉絲煲也值得一試。鮮甜的龍蝦配上炒香的XO醬,以及粒粒黑松露,三者味道鮮明卻毫不衝突,連鋪底的粉絲也因吸滿龍蝦汁而變成橙色,連最後一口也絕不浪費任何一滴精華。

上二個月生日,再加上手上面仲有時代廣場優惠卷未用晒,呢間餐廳我一直都好想試,店舖門口仲有一隻好得意嘅額添,所以就約咗去食順便慶祝生日。可能因為優惠券就嚟過期嘅,去到現場超級多人排隊,好彩叫咗屋企人早啲去攞位,如果唔係都應該好難食到啊!我哋今次叫咗椒鹽鮮魷,海鮮鴨湯泡飯,咕嚕肉,重有就當然係我最鍾意食嘅北京烤鴨啦!椒鹽鮮魷份量唔係好多,不過佢嘅魷魚好似海綿咁外皮鬆脆裏面軟林林口感超正,不過調味有啲太重手,鹹味比較重。重頭戲北京烤鴨超好食!食落有鴨油嘅香味但唔會太膩,而且佢嘅配料都幾特別竟然有芝麻醬,食落去別有一番風味。海鮮鴨湯泡飯湯底幾特別,有少少藥材當歸味感覺好補身,而且佢用上炒米代替白飯,口感好得意,我個人好推薦。咕嚕肉味炸粉唔多啖啖肉而且荔枝肉好鮮甜,我個人覺得都唔錯㗎!總括嚟講呢間餐廳嘅菜式大多都係合格以上,不過如果平時食嘅話價錢就略嫌有啲貴,大家如果有興趣嘅話都可以試吓!

椒鹽鮮魷份量唔係好多,不過佢嘅魷魚好似海綿咁外皮鬆脆裏面軟林林口感超正,不過調味有啲太重手,鹹味比較重。重頭戲北京烤鴨超好食!食落有鴨油嘅香味但唔會太膩,而且佢嘅配料都幾特別竟然有芝麻醬,食落去別有一番風味。

海鮮鴨湯泡飯湯底幾特別,有少少藥材當歸味感覺好補身,而且佢用上炒米代替白飯,口感好得意,我個人好推薦。咕嚕肉味炸粉唔多啖啖肉而且荔枝肉好鮮甜,我個人覺得都唔錯㗎!

總括嚟講呢間餐廳嘅菜式大多都係合格以上,不過如果平時食嘅話價錢就略嫌有啲貴,大家如果有興趣嘅話都可以試吓!

我哋既重頭戲嚟啦😍 店員會先show 1 show 隻鴨既全相俾你睇,之後先拎去片🤣 片皮鴨表面油光十足,賣相好靚,鴨皮脆口,鴨肉呈深粉紅色,唔會overcook,肉嫩juicy,鴨香味濃郁突出!配料有青瓜、京蔥絲、黑糖、胡麻醬,同北京填鴨醬,可以中和鴨既油膩感。

薄餅皮,皮同皮之間有用紙隔住,用蒸籠蠟燭🕯️座熱住保溫,所以每塊皮食既時候,都係熱辣辣,唔會一拎就幾塊皮痴住!細心,加分👍🏾

總括而言,見OpenRice好多差評都係講服務態度差,但今日自己親身感受係,兩位男侍應都好殷勤有禮,仲好識傾計,可能係有改善?另外餐廳有自己私家廁所,幾乾淨,仲有啲設計元素👍🏾 會回頭🥰
