To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去嚇然發現鴨大哥last order 2:30pm(但限聚令可以去到6:00pm),雖然懶惰歪風不可取,但都想一嘗他們的片皮鴨,唯有再一次去光顧。今天一時許到達,一坐下立即點了片皮鴨,方便他們安排工作才慢慢叫點心及炒麵,當點心紙下單時發現地下不清潔,於是告知服務員請他們處理,可惜他們以工作忙亂為由無暇處理。吃過普普通通的點心後片皮鴨還未到,催促服務員後才發現原來根本沒有下單,更以廚房已收工及要準時下午三時關門為由拒絕製作片皮鴨,我們感覺被騙了吃下本身不想吃的點心便跟店員理論,最後被送上不知名的糕點作扺償,可是我們拒絕吃下便在下午三時前被趕走了。去了兩次,最後也不知道片皮鴨的味道,但也絕對不會再幫襯,如有朋友嘗過味道可告知本人味道如何,先謝謝

不愧自稱鴨大哥!每次去鴨大哥都會點他的的鴨湯泡飯,和片皮鴨。他的鴨湯有濃郁的鴨香味還有少許藥材味,但味道濃香而不膩⋯⋯食的時候記得先分好湯飯,然後每人再各自加上炸米,兩種米飯的口感和湯混在一起,口感非常豐富!他的片皮鴨,可叫半份,肉質鮮美,薄餅也做得很好並份量充足,食的時候最好每點配料都加一點,才能享受片皮鴨的正宗風味和鴨大哥的心思!其他點心我比較少食,因每次點以上那兩項而滿足大部份的胃口,其他的只是配角。

上2個星期weekend臨時去銅鑼灣5pm book 7pm食晚飯都有位主打鴨就要試下片皮鴨啦,唔算好突出,但味道okay. 我比較喜歡多啲肉的,雖然正宗係淨食皮,配料少左啲,比多少少青瓜同蔥會更好。薄皮做得好好,有咬口同真係好薄,每片都有張紙托底唔會黐住晒👍🏻蜆介釀菜膽都幾特別,第一次食,有啲特色蒙古鴨鬆生菜包都好食,鍾意食孜然嘅朋友可以試下,原來孜然同鴨都夾到味道脆皮牛腩做得好好,真係外脆內軟,牛腩又唔韌鴨肉海鮮泡飯有脆米配搭,雖然係急凍海鮮但個湯味道都OK,脆米略嫌硬咗少少,可能係用生米炸,如果用熟飯炸可能就會脆啲最後叫咗個咖啡奶凍糕,有啲後悔叫咗呢個,可能叫其他會好啲,魚膠粉落得太多,質感有啲硬總括來講都算幾好食,服務都幾好

是日為星期五,收工後當然要賀一賀,心血來潮想食北京烤鴨,友人特登帶我去左時代廣場既鴨大哥!除左烤鴨,餐牌都有廚師精選,燒味,小食,魚,海鮮,肉類,蔬菜,素菜系列,湯,粉麵飯,甜點,飲品。第一次黎,一定要試試北京烤鴨。北京烤鴨 每隻 $548 另加一雖然我哋一行二人,不過貪心咁叫左全隻鴨。服務員先上醬汁配料,分別有常見嘅烤鴨醬,京蔥絲,青瓜絲,同少見嘅胡麻醬同庶糖。好快服務員就拎隻全鴨俾我哋睇,之後拎去起皮。片皮鴨上碟賣相唔差,不過只得微微暖暖哋,唔夠熱喎,服務員切皮切得太耐啦,隻碟又係凍架,唔夠專業。不過皮基本上都夠脆嘅,脂肪唔算太多,肉都唔韌嘅,齋食皮會太油,用薄餅皮包住食就唔油。薄餅皮夠薄身,不過皮唔夠熱,雖然好似已經保住温,但係加埋凍青瓜,京蔥同燒烤汁一齊食,整到啲鴨更加凍。薄餅分量就多到食唔嗮。個人覺得呢度嘅北京烤鴨只係勉強合格。北京烤鴨二食 蒙古式炒鴨崧 $108 另加一食北京烤鴨要二食係常識啦。北京烤鴨二食有4款揀,服務員話蒙古式炒鴨崧係燒烤味,好食架,咁就信吓佢啦。蒙古式炒鴨崧一客6件,爽脆生菜放左鴨崧,加左蒜粒同孜然粉,仲有少少脆脆,有少少街頭燒烤嘅味道,味道唔會太濃,

好快服務員就拎隻全鴨俾我哋睇,之後拎去起皮。片皮鴨上碟賣相唔差,不過只得微微暖暖哋,唔夠熱喎,服務員切皮切得太耐啦,隻碟又係凍架,唔夠專業。不過皮基本上都夠脆嘅,脂肪唔算太多,肉都唔韌嘅,齋食皮會太油,用薄餅皮包住食就唔油。薄餅皮夠薄身,不過皮唔夠熱,雖然好似已經保住温,但係加埋凍青瓜,京蔥同燒烤汁一齊食,整到啲鴨更加凍。

食北京烤鴨要二食係常識啦。北京烤鴨二食有4款揀,服務員話蒙古式炒鴨崧係燒烤味,好食架,咁就信吓佢啦。蒙古式炒鴨崧一客6件,爽脆生菜放左鴨崧,加左蒜粒同孜然粉,仲有少少脆脆,有少少街頭燒烤嘅味道,味道唔會太濃,感覺相對健康。不過嫌份量太少。

茶有鐵觀音,龍井,壽眉,烏龍,普洱,位位$18。

試左呢度嘅招牌菜,有少少失望。張枱好窄,完全唔夠位擺食物,感覺唔太舒服。Well,下次未必會再黎。

服務態度真的有待改善早一日打去訂位6:00~7:30,問佢可唔可以改晏小小?佢話:唔可以!時間限定左嘅,6:00~7:30架咋!你cancel booking啦!我話:咁我照6:00~7:30,(心諗遲左黎我7:30交到枱就得啦)到拎枱當晚,門口接待個位光頭先生(一聽語氣就知係電話幫我訂枱個位)我盡趕到去6:22分,佢望住手錶:你book 6點架喎!我當你no show架啦。佢個個眼神同語氣唔知以為係我打佢工返工遲到呀!嚇得我呀。。。原來佢本booking簿已刪咗我個名!我當下呆左,望入去好多張吉枱喎!於是問佢 咁而家點呀?佢話:你可以食 不過7:45交枱。呀光頭先生,首先你無reconfirm 我黎唔黎,點解會當我no show?況且打俾你訂枱你無同我講遲到幾多分鐘就當no show!你入面大把吉枱 而出面都無人等位,你係唔係要串下我遲到你先開心?知你餐廳做商場優惠好多人幫襯,辛苦嘅話同你公司講,唔洗咁樣幫公司趕客嘅。。。
