Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The skin wasn’t crisp enough so you ended up with a mouthful of oily duck fat with every bite. The meat itself was fine. The service was terrible - full of uninterested staff. (2)荔枝咕嚕肉:肉質易咬,但味道同普通咕嚕肉差不多,係多左幾粒罐頭荔枝。 有點失望

(3)蒙古式炒鴨崧: 用左孜然粉。賣相同味道都一般,不太突出。

(4)海鮮鴨湯泡飯: 食左兩次都覺得好好味。湯係少少濃味,不過食完想再食。 yum yum

(5)北京烤鴨 :佢地個烤鴨好好食,唔會咬到一口油。 加上佢warm 住個皮,食到尾個皮都唔會凍晒硬晒。

所有食物份量都算多。 鴨湯泡飯同烤鴨真心好味😋
餐廳服務不錯,侍應有禮貌,上菜都快。

🐠炸銀鱈魚:由於食左黃金蝦既關係,呢一碟魚上既時候我地已經飽到上心口,食得唔多,亦唔太記得咩味道;但感覺用煎既方式會更為香
