自從搬離開馬鞍山後已經好少返去,早兩日一返到新港城,成個商場大變,變到我都差啲認唔到路,仲多咗好多新食肆,最後揀咗盈福28,因為貪佢而家做緊8折。坐低睇吓Menu,啲餸個樣望落都幾精緻,不過最吸睛係38蚊一隻乳鴿,三條友食,決定來一雙。上菜之前,侍應畀埋手套我哋,好細心。隻鴿唔算細,味道都幾好,性價比幾高,差唔多枱枱都有叫。另外仲叫咗皮蛋豆腐、松子魚、黑醋雞花同龍鬚芥蘭。個皮蛋豆腐有驚喜,個醬同出面一般嘅麻醬唔同,佢加咗少少芫荽吊味,芫荽味唔算太濃烈,但成個感覺清新咗。黑醋雞花單骨上,經炸過後外皮帶酥脆,肉質亦夠嫩,個黑醋醬唔嗆喉,味道算平衡得幾好。佢有兩大條菠蘿伴碟都食得,不過略嫌燒得唔夠火喉,有啲酸。松子魚好大條,四、五個人食都好夠,個龍鬚芥蘭亦炒得爽脆夠鑊氣。呢餐8折後平均每人百𡃁蚊,以呢個價錢、呢個質素,值得返兜。

蔥油雞不過不失,但要快一點把它吃掉!否則浸在汁裏太久會很鹹!小心!

濃湯浸龍鬚芥蘭不過不失!有刀功、美美的!但食落有點苦澀!

有個好像窩貼小棠菜的菜式,墨魚膠不夠彈牙!


菜包鴨卷被它的外觀騙了!首先我完全無法吃到鴨的味道!而且個冰梅汁下的梅粉太重手,令整道菜吃來像吃銀翹解毒片(無糖衣裝)非常難食!中伏⋯⋯


服務員的水準一般!及格啦!但有進步空間!

桂花山藥 - 份量有點小,一般

橙香鱸魚 - 可能太多香橙汁,令到原本應該香脆嘅鱸魚都淋晒

奶黃物語 - 造型趣怪,流沙做得很好,值得一試

金香四季豆 - 非常有驚喜,有香脆蛋黃外皮,好香口又爽脆!


上菜時間很快,地方大座位舒適,服務一流,味道也不錯

初開張商場正進行大型翻新工程,到處沙塵滾滾,所以無去一試。最近情況稍定,兩口子決定去吃晚飯。約晚上七時半到達,店內客人不多所以不用等位。點了幾個小菜:玉桂香鴿熱辣辣上枱,皮脆夠入味,難怪多枱食客都點選。荷花蒸飯味道稍淡,材料不夠只得幾隻蝦,一般。鍋香辣牛腩不太辣,而且牛腩夠多,稔及入味(份量太多最好三至四人食)。金絲湯翡翠(應該是炸金菇菜和嫩菜苗),金絲有咬口但稍為咸一點,賣相特別。總結各款小菜大致不錯,有特色,值得一讚。
