這次週末去了大埔,聽聞呢度有間出名的燒鴨店,所以來試了。午市時間來到,差不多滿座,所以要搭枱,午市有套餐點,較為化算。燒鴨好食,好香鴨香,皮脆,肉質偏瘦但一啲都唔柴。燒肉皮唔算超脆,但質素尚可叉燒普通 但合格咕嚕肉有好多新鮮水果配菜,味道可以,但不是外脆內軟

大埔區的出名的中菜不多,這家文興酒家在中環有一家,現在開到來大埔真難得!聞名的燒鴨一定要吃,上菜時還暖暖的,擺盤整齊。吃起來不油膩,鴨皮薄又脆,肉肥瘦適中,整體是值得一試,推薦!香口即炸的黃金蝦很吸引,炸得剛剛好,蝦不算特別新鮮,但加了蛋黃炒就係定好味道!酸菜魚是比較貴的菜品,菜名叫特式酸菜沙巴,$328,有新鮮的沙巴,魚肉很滑,但是太辣了,也不酸,如果想挑戰辣度,可以試試,如果怕辣,可要求減辣。小炒王份量比較少,但好好食!
