就快新年,開始同朋友屋企人慶祝食團年,最近就去左尖沙咀既【富豪酒家】食晚飯。餐廳連續幾年都攞過米芝蓮,今次就叫左佢既賀年特色菜。原燉爵士湯:蜜瓜燉花膠螺頭湯、非常清香鮮甜。蜜瓜既甜味同海鮮湯底非常match。料都非常多。發財好市:髮菜、蠔豉、豆苗,豆苗爽口鮮甜、髮菜同蠔豉分量多,醬汁濃郁。橫財就手:髮菜、豬手、生菜,調味同發財好市類似,豬手皮彈牙,肉軟霖。生菜好鮮甜。嘻嘻哈哈:潮式炸蝦棗,新鮮熱辣炸起、外脆内軟、有加馬蹄增加爽脆口感。另外仲有D甜酸醬變換味道。生炒糯米飯:糯米飯炒得好乾身、好夠味、臘味非常香,超級熱辣辣,推薦。蛋白杏仁茶:杏仁味香濃,好細滑。

帶住條魚🐠搵食之尖沙咀The one 名貴中菜阿翁鮑魚連續13年獲得米芝蓮一星餐廳《富豪酒家》商務套餐$780有>例湯>4款小菜>糖水先黎個〈荷芹炒臘味〉,啲荷蘭豆保持咗豆嘅脆嫩口感,清甜爽口,荷芹炒臘味嘅醬汁用得啱啱好,唔會太鹹太油,令臘味嘅鹹香同荷蘭豆嘅清新都能夠充分發揮。之後有〈花生炆豬手〉,啲花生炆得入味,真係食唔停口,而啲豬手冇腥味肉質鮮嫩,完全無啲起筋嘅膠感,入口即化,炆豬手嘅醬汁濃郁,入邊香料嘅香氣混合炆煮出嚟,令啲豬手都充分吸收咗啲味道。〈大芥菜豬骨煲〉啲豬骨煮得入味濃郁,充滿豬骨本身嘅鮮甜,每一啖都帶有濃郁嘅肉香。湯底裡嘅大芥菜為整個湯品增添清新口感,令湯味道更加豐富,呈現出一種濃郁而不油膩嘅滋味。最後有〈富豪炸子雞〉,啲雞皮炸得金黃酥脆,一啖落去即時爆汁,每一啖都充滿著雞肉的鮮嫩,炸子雞嘅調味恰到好處,雞肉的大小都啱啱好,入口方便,不會太大舊。
