4️⃣ 秋刀魚刺身($168),同樣都是餐廳的時令推介,秋風起又是吃秋都魚的季節,秋都魚比我的印象都是以燒作為主要的烹調,從沒想過刺身也是其中一款食法。秋刀魚長身又扁平,以刺身食用真是很考師傅的刀功,師傅需要起中間條主骨,然後把一片片起了的秋刀魚砌成 2片大片的葉子,葉子舖排工整,刺身師傅還需要有一些藝術天份才可以把秋刀魚砌得咁吸引眼球。秋刀魚非常新鮮,肉質的色澤呈粉紅色,而且由魚頭至魚身的位置也是保持骨直挺身,秋刀魚刺身非常肥美,魚皮至魚肉中間有一層透明的油脂,甘香回味,完全不帶腥味。餐廳還準備了香蔥和薑蓉,與秋刀魚一起配食中和返油膩的感覺。這碟秋刀魚真的滿足了視覺和味覺的享受🤩😋✨

鮨一海膽千層飯 被吸引來吃果然不負所望(´▽`)🤤還升級了日本海膽 味道特別香濃(跟火灸魚生丼上的加拿大海膽有很大的分別喔(=゚ω゚)ノ本來不是特別喜歡魚刺身但要介紹這個白身魚薄切 很surprise🤩魚身非常爽口 薄切的口感剛好不會太肥膩 念念不忘🤍牛舌一定要即食喔 我不小心遲了吃攤凍左🥹近排都冇特別食到令人回味的牛舌了帶子海膽反卷 火炙魚生卉普普通通吧辣酒煮蜆有啲鹹 但還算新鮮最後⋯餐廳冷氣超凍🥶以上。
