To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. It’s such a long wait until the burgers arrived our table. So the whole thing was cold… it’s even more disappointing when they priced it $148.

I told the waitress that this is unacceptable, I guess what they did is to reheat my plate with the microwave as obviously only the surface was hot.

Then the beef, the patty itself was quite thin so they had to add on a slice of bacon to make it look better 😂 the bacon was not mentioned on the menu. As it’s so thin, you can imagine it’s not juicy at all.

The other food might be ok? but just don’t order any burger.

One thing I noticed during lunch time on a public holiday was the restaurant wasn’t full at all and it’s not just our table who complaint about the wait. In general, it’s not a good experience.

Me and my friend like the set lunch fast and delicious $98 or $138. 
My favourite is "Truffle mixed mushroom pizza",  my friend favourite is Roasted Chicken pasta.  Both amazing.  Service is amazing, finish meal 30 mins, still have 30 mins more to get back to the office.  Then we ordered small little cake and enjoy our coffee.


Good lunch and good things is spending $200 have 5 hours free parking in Tai Koo Shing  Cityplaza. Worth it.

尋日朋友book咗枱，同我慶祝生日食午餐，朋友遲到，佢話要人齊先比入，雖然朋友遲到係唔啱，但係結果我等咗15分鐘，我朋友嚟到當然好嬲啦！原來book咗枱都要人齊先比入，咁使乜book枱，咁同去fooᴅ ᴄᴏᴜʀᴛ 麥當勞大快活，有咩分別，朋友話以後都唔太古城ɢʟᴀssʜᴏᴜsᴇ, 明明朋友在門口等嘅時候裏面仲有位，到朋友到咗跟住就話因為裏爆咗，所以要等，根本就係講大話，咁根本就唔需要book枱，不如Walk in啦！佢仲要介紹俾朋友千祈唔好去，啲嘢本身都已經係難食。

停不了的生日飯局又黎，今晚同朋友隨意咁係太古城搵間有氣氛的餐廳食飯慶祝一下，於是就搵左Glasshouse。餐廳環境燈光比較暗，帶一點浪漫而酒吧的感覺氣氛，餐牌的食物非常多元化，基本上東南亞的菜式也會有，甜品亦都非常之多，餐廳內有酒類供應亦都有Happy hour價錢叫酒類飲品，但我同朋友今晚都冇揀酒，揀左兩杯好靚ge紫紅色無酒精飲品揀左兩款小食，一款炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬，而另一款就係蜜糖雞翼，黑松露醬相當好味，而蜜糖雞翼甜道剛好，值得一試👍🏻主菜係一道用鐵板上的韓式辣肉醬意粉，上菜時鐵板熱辣辣加上韓式辣醬炒食落非常野味，意粉炒得夠乾身，唔會濕淰淰咁👍🏻唔錯唔錯！由於太飽關係，原本想食埋梳乎里都食唔落了，唯有下次啦！

由入門口到埋單，所有侍應都冇禮貌，冇人開口回應講過一句話，落單，追單，上菜，完全冇人開口回應過。叫埋單等好耐，再叫埋單時，終於換來大聲及不耐煩一句：知道！埋完埋，換另一個侍應單手及頭也不回的遞回信用卡。究竟是培訓出了問題？！還是分鋪經理管理出了事？！咁唔中意份工，不如唔好做。從未遇過態度如此一致差的服務。去過其他地區的glasshouse, 冇遇過咁嘅服務，weekend 一家人出去食飯，諗住開開心心，點知要睇人面色，永不再幫襯太古城店。

幾個月前食過還可以。但今次食完真係冇下次。個別waiter 嘅服務態度好唔掂之餘（包括黑面及好唔情願），食物好遲嚟，最先叫嘅竟然後最遲先上枱，足足等咗大半個鐘。我諗因為廚房要分批煮同一款式嘅緣故。飯係「行」嘅，起難食！雞扒烏冬啲雞扒又實又冇味。本應有兩份甜品，但只上咗一份，要三番四次催。最後，連最基本的咖啡都可以有陣陣燶味，真係諗唔到有咩理由會再去。唔怪之得今日去到餐廳嘅時候，排隊攞位嘅情況已經不再。註：其實初初開張時的確唔錯。可惜！

We walked by and saw the restaurant's decor was quite nice and decided to go in on our day off (Monday) for a nice lunch. The first greeting from reception was not warm or friendly, but we ignored and continued to enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. We walked by and saw the restaurant's decor was quite nice and decided to go in on our day off (Monday) for a nice lunch. The first greeting from reception was not warm or friendly, but we ignored and continued to enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. Then the waitress who took our order was like rushing us and kinda impatient to take orders when she didnt even know what the soup of the day is. The dishes served was in small portions so I think the price is not worth its size (it is charging Central price for a Tai Koo Shing mall so would expect portions to be a bit more generous?) The taste was good but then there was curry pork chop where they only gave like a spoon of curry sauce (tis not enough with that big plate of rice they try to fill you up with). Then when asking about desserts, the waitress was a bit rude and ill mannered (basically impatient) and said the meal comes with it already but you have no choice, its only the one they serve (when I was trying to actually ask if there is other desserts I can pay or top up to order). A bit impolite and when she brought the bill, gave me the wrong card and try to rush us out (because of course they dont let you enjoy your lunch on a relaxing day you are having a holiday, its Monday and ppl are trying to get a table at lunch). Overall, not such a great experience, the one in Central had much better service so was quite disappointed on the price they charge here at this location and to receive such service.

Glasshouse之前就食過幾次IFC分店今日lunchtime黎到太古城見到，又入去食下🍽酥炸珍寶軟殻蟹凱撒沙律($158) - 軟殼蟹，炸糖心蛋，ceasar醬係我至愛🥰 3樣野加埋一齊實好食架喎🤣 呢碟基本上次次都會叫小食拼盤($248) - 好普通嘅拼盤🤔 東南亞風味咁。有蜜糖雞翼，蝦餅，串燒，炸魷魚同春卷。每樣都好普通，而且d炸野炸到有d乾🤔 唔會再叫照燒牛肉鵝肝煎蛋飯($178) - 佢一黎到個樣好似有d頹😆 不過食落牛肉有d驚喜，好滑同都幾有牛味🐮 加埋個sauce撈飯算唔錯啦
