Hand-Cut Potato Chips HKD68 - 薯片好有厚度,炸得非常脆口,口感很豐滿。薯片上面有很香的香蔥味,應該是廚師加了一點蔥油在上面,所以特別香脆可口。如果來到這裏,應該點來試試看。因為用來送酒一流。

多得店員推薦四成熟,我地先食到熟成度剛好既韓牛。外面燒出誘人網紋,內裡十分Juicy﹐口感軟滑。佐以海鹽同食,更食出牛味。
旁邊既長枝西蘭花亦好特別,有露荀既口感,但又有西蘭花既味道。

都未埋單,已經同男友決定下次要係星期四再來到訪,因為逢星期四生蠔係半價,好抵食呀。

昨晚跟朋友二人到了蘭貴坊附近的一家餐廳吃生蠔!Happy Hour時間點五隻生蠔會送一杯白酒。我們點了四款生蠔,分別是Queens Bay, 和法國的Fine De Claire, Foylemore, Gillardeaw, Gillardeau No.2Queens bay 味道清爽 蠔肉爽口 ,Fine de Claire 也差不多,Foylemore 飽滿 creamy, juice 同 後面帶甜 ,比較突出。Gillardeau 就是爽口鮮甜 喜歡海水味重的就可以點這個。前菜點了Avocado & Shrimp Tartar, 擺盤很精緻,牛油果味道很香,份量也很多。還點了一個 Nachos, 他們家加了粟米番茄和芝士在上邊,分量剛剛好。最後主菜點了一個,Grilled Yamato Spare Rib 豬肋骨味道濃郁,還有一個BBQ醬汁。他們有個酒吧,我點了一杯clock tail, Pan fried Smoke Mozzarella,很精美,蛋白泡打得不錯!

喺未食完生蠔嘅時候已經上菜,要快快趣食完生蠔快啲食龍蝦!成檯都係野,所以店員放咗碟龍蝦喺隔籬檯,香到不得了!!!隻龍蝦都算大,有成隻手咁大隻,食落肉質緊實超級爽口彈牙,一食就知真係新鮮,味道超鮮甜又帶輕微炭燒味道,真係超級好味呀!大廚仲好貼心咁將鉗入面嘅肉起咗出嚟,等客人可以啖啖肉咁食,唔洗失晒儀態咁搣殼。最高興嘅係,一路食仲一路出煙,實在太新鮮熱辣辣喇!

有時喺外面食牛扒都有啲驚中伏,唔係冇味就硬過砧板,但唔知點解,店員講嘢好親切好有說服力,令我喺未食但已經有種放心感覺嘅情況下order咗牛扒。上菜時,比炭燒龍蝦更香!雖然佢唔係一大塊而係切成條狀,但吸引力不減!望落脂肪比例均勻,用高溫炭燒可以極速鎖緊肉汁,外層先食到焦香,咬開後肉質嫩滑一啲都唔韌,肉味濃郁,跟住必晒啲牛肉汁出嚟,超級好味,好在我有叫牛扒咋!旁邊嘅配菜雖然只係薯仔、車厘茄及蒜蓉包,但絕對唔馬虎!燒薯仔外層激脆,一路食仲熱到個口噴煙;車厘茄連柄上,都係熱辣辣而且啲葉完整,代表非常新鮮;蒜蓉包先嚇死我,竟然配菜有我最愛嘅蒜蓉包,仲要係有牛油紙包住,可以保溫不得止,食落雖然好脆但唔會好乾身,蒜味仲要香濃到欲罷不能!!!

今日到左出糧日啦,要食返餐好先今日好幸運呀,原來呢間餐廳每逢星期四,生蠔同cocktail都係半價的真係好抵呀有個蠔吧,show哂所有款式既蠔我叫左Coffin Bay, Scottish Stone, Fine de Claire, 味道是由淡至濃的,3款都好爽口,而且非常新鮮服務員較左我地一個新食法,就係加上新鮮的辣根就更能帶出生蠔的鮮味另外食生蠔當然要配白酒啦,只要叫夠6隻,就會送一杯白酒Hand-cut photo chip面頭加左啲洋蔥醬汁,令味道唔會咁dry而且每塊都脆卜卜,小食佐酒一流Crab Meat呢個真係真材實料一切開,全部都係蟹肉黎架,完全無加任何麵粉的,啖啖都係蟹肉黎架超好味,連埋旁邊既粟米沙律一齊食仲好味Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chop黑毛豬扒真係烤得岩岩好,唔會咬得好辛苦雖然呢塊豬扒都幾肥美,但又唔會好膩,反而令口感層次豐富啲Cocktail: Fresh 75聞落好重檸檬味,好fresh, 雖然好香檸檬味,不過飲落唔會話好酸,而且都好易入口,當中有Gin, Lemon juice,Champagne, Grand Marnier

今晚去蘭桂芳附近的Glow & Oyster Bar, 環境裝修好有格調,環境舒適!一入去有個蠔Bar , 急不及待去選生蠔!價錢都合理呀!選了兩款,分別是法國的Imperial $55 & 蘇格蘭的Scottish Rock $45,Scottish Rock 肉質好肥美飽滿,法國的肉質較脆口較濃礦味,兩款也很鮮味兼且十分新鮮!主菜我們選了燒安格斯肉眼牛扒300g Grilled Angus Ribeye $298!五成熟保持多肉汁,牛肉味濃,沒有筋,非常好食!有兩大塊,足300gm, 還有新鮮外國入口迷你車厘茄好鮮甜同火箭菜作配菜。另一款叫了Pappardelle with Scallop 帶子意粉$178,帶子煎至微香,有6大粒,彈牙鮮甜,寬條麵夠闊,彈牙,唔會好厚粉漿的感覺,好食。在蘭桂芳區這個價錢不錯,最緊要係環境食物同服務都好好。
