金飯館的炒飯, 依然是九龍東, 甚至是九龍最出色的其中一家. 難怪無論是本店, 還是旺角的分店, 生意和人潮依然相當不錯, 可以頂得住北上成風的消費低谷. 最喜歡點的依然是炸牛腩炒飯, 炒飯依然做得出色, 特別是乾爽度, 鑊氣, 飯粒的層次感以及蛋香港, 沒有什麼好挑剔的.炸牛腩的表現, 則有少少下跌了, 脆皮依然完整地包圍在牛腩身上, 夾起來的時候不會分離, 只是牛腩口感有點韌, 也有點乾, 吃起來有少少吃力, 當然如此厚的炸物, 分兩次炸會過熟的的機會真的不低, 但畢竟之前吃過了這個問題, 今次要改進了. 自家製的沙嗲汁, 以鹹香辛辣為主, 只帶輕微的甜味, 配搭牛腩, 豬皮, 魷魚等小食依然惹味非常.

細個睇美味天王見到一道金釀銀炒飯成為左我心目中美味炒飯嘅典範位於牛頭角嘅金飯館同樣以黃金炒飯作招徠今日我就黎一試究竟餐牌有多款黃金炒飯而最吸引我就係即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯椒鹽豬扒飯好似座小山一樣炸豬扒即成粗長條狀有五六條未切應該大件過手掌🖐️面上爆多蔥蒜香味先聲奪人炸豬扒炸得酥香之餘肉質保持軟嫩👍蔥蒜惹味唔會過鹹混和炒飯一齊食更是添香添味炒飯肉眼看得正嘅乾爽粒粒金黃難怪個個都食到清盤🤭另一樣我覺得必定要試嘅係同系列嘅椒鹽雞翼!同樣蔥蒜滿滿雞翼皮脆肉嫩仲要可以保持到溫度一路食一路都有熱辣辣口感👍除左炒飯外金飯館都有無咁熱氣嘅泡飯選擇蠔仔肉碎泡飯蠔仔多肥美鮮甜湯飯易食飽肚想有米飯落肚金飯館係個好選擇!

講咗結論先:普通茶餐廳嘅椒鹽豬扒飯sure win唔使幫襯呢間 仲要收成八十幾蚊六點去到 坐低落單 椒鹽豬扒炒飯唔使三分鐘 碟飯已經整好上枱明顯所有食材都係一早整定 有柯打就悉熱(最諷刺係牆上仲寫住即叫即做要等三四個字)講返碟飯飯還飯 豬扒還豬扒 椒鹽還椒鹽三樣嘢完全冇融合豬扒冇底味 亦上唔到椒鹽 唔熱只係暖好明顯一早整定 椒鹽(炸蒜蓉椒絲) 一上枱係幾香 但一得食落口 哇鹹到苦 炒飯底 乾身但冇鑊氣想個腎有事或者想比高價食低水準食物可以幫襯下
