想一餐飯完美,甜品作壓軸是理所當然吧!店方名物甜品拼盤]($138)不作他選,拼盤已包括了椰汁南瓜白玉子、一口大福、紅豆布甸及士多啤梨,當中尤其是椰汁南瓜白玉子最得我心,軟糯的口感,配以甜美的南瓜汁,實在太美妙了。

新年試新野,今日去到北京道1號既權八居酒屋尖沙咀新店同食友過年前聚一聚。新店在28樓居高臨下望向港島及維港夜色,呢個景點睇都冇得輸。室內裝潢亦滿滿日式情懷。就算坐在大廳中央亦感到被日式居酒屋氣氛包圍。前菜是宮崎豚肉胡麻沙律及炸鮮蟹肉餅,宮崎豚肉肉味夠濃,而蟹肉餅內餡軟creamy。壽司先上極上三色卷,入口帶吞拿魚肉香加上海膽及魚籽既鮮甜,食多一件都冇問題。接著到了The Kabuki Sushi Omakase時間。鮟鱇魚肝壽司十分軟滑,完全係入口即溶,慢煮帆立貝壽司及鰤魚壽司入口鮮甜,而金目鯛壽司帶濃郁鯛魚鮮味,最後既赤身燒大拖羅壽司油潤度滿分。炭燒串燒中最愛蔥鹽牛舌既厚實口感,而蘆荀豚肉卷中的蘆荀除了鮮嫩,吸收了豚肉油份後更惹味。權八汁燒免治雞肉軟骨棒沾上蛋汁後,除左炭火肉香更帶蛋汁香滑。鍋物送上A5和牛壽喜燒,A5和牛油脂豐腴,在微甜既湯汁下油香更突出。食事來了用了北海道蕎麥籽新鮮製造而成的權八手打蕎麥麵。甘味甜品係十勝紅豆綠茶最中餅,餅中的綠茶雪糕帶不錯綠茶香氣。權八尖沙咀新店既有日式美食,又可從高處遠望港島海濱及維港夜色,加上店內居酒屋氛圍,在尖沙咀應該很難找到第二家。
