新店比舊店大多了,而且同樣旺場。一客二人晚餐,有蒸粉卷作頭盤小食,剛剛蒸起,溫度熱烘烘,咬開後更有蒸氣溢出。粉卷皮不算厚,饀料味道濃淡恰宜,幾好食。再來煎豬扒拼牛油雞翼。整碟菜其實都頗油膩熱氣,淺嚐為佳。豬扒肉質還算鬆軟,但味道不甚特別。牛油雞翼依然是香口之作,小食滋味。主食一碗越南雜錦窩粉,有扎肉、豬腩片及蝦作餸料。扎肉及豬腩片普通喇,蝦雖爽口,但無乜味道,雪藏貨是也。配上一碟馬拉盞炒通菜,醬汁惹味微辣,並略帶甜味,通菜炒得爽口,不俗。以鹹青檸蜜作餐飲作結,滋潤消滯,屬不錯選擇。

連續兩晚去食晚飯,第一晚呢,差不多10點半,拿著大袋物品準備入去既時候,有個職員很好咁幫忙拿袋,很感謝佢。自己一個人既關係,我只點了烤豬肉撈米粉、越式炒芥蘭和一杯3式冰;味道方面,炒芥蘭有少許苦且太大碟了,食唔晒;3式冰的飲管細希望會改善,一讚係用料 Ok 的;至於烤豬肉撈米粉,味道幾好,職員見我桌上用來撈濛粉用既汁少了,也主動為我轉另一樽。第二晚呢,差不多10點,環境相對前一晚多人食飯,所以環境有少許嘈。都係一個人,我點了馬拉棧炒什菜、蝦米卷;味道方面,蝦米卷比較乾,但醬汁OK;馬拉棧炒什菜可以點少辣,味道唔錯。另可改善既係,可能已晚上10點,接待處沒有人,站在門口不知可坐在那兒。一讚係,睇番之前既食評說服務有待改善,依這兩晚所遇,各職員很有明顯改善,服務很好呢。可以再三去。

相約團契的好姊妹行工展會, 臨去前去了這間清亭食lunch.我點的套餐是越式雜菜湯+雞絲撈檬+餐茶 越式雜菜湯: 材料有椰菜, 紅蘿蔔, 波羅, 味道是雜菜湯的味, 但有點酸. 雞絲撈檬: 檬粉很多, 但如果可以多一點青瓜就可給人更加fresh的感覺. 食完好夠飽呀, 這個套餐只是$42, 在銅鑼灣區來說, 價錢可以接受吧.

相約團契的好姊妹行工展會, 臨去前去了這間清亭食lunch.

我點的套餐是越式雜菜湯+雞絲撈檬+餐茶
越式雜菜湯: 材料有椰菜, 紅蘿蔔, 波羅, 味道是雜菜湯的味, 但有點酸.
雞絲撈檬: 檬粉很多, 但如果可以多一點青瓜就可給人更加fresh的感覺.

食完好夠飽呀, 這個套餐只是$42, 在銅鑼灣區來說, 價錢可以接受吧.

Came by for some Vietnamese food and was slightly disappointed. Ordered an Iced Milk Tea which was delicious.The beef noodle soup was okay as the broth was very oily.The pork over the shrimp chips tasted okay too. They were nothing special.The fried egg rolls were okay, not too oily, but did not have too much flavor. The dish only maybe had 2 egg rolls but they cut it up to make the dish look bigger.Service by the wait staff was also so-so. They weren't too friendly or helpful throughout the mea

Came by for some Vietnamese food and was slightly disappointed. Ordered an Iced Milk Tea which was delicious.

The beef noodle soup was okay as the broth was very oily.

The pork over the shrimp chips tasted okay too. They were nothing special.

The fried egg rolls were okay, not too oily, but did not have too much flavor. The dish only maybe had 2 egg rolls but they cut it up to make the dish look bigger.

Service by the wait staff was also so-so. They weren't too friendly or helpful throughout the meal.

以前到清亭和燕萍的鋪,也會覺得很有趣:兩鋪明目張膽的爭客,大家也標榜自己好吃些現在此景不再,兩兄弟已冰釋前嫌,把清亭和燕萍合併做一間大鋪。今天帶美國回來的友人到清亭.燕萍一嘗越南菜:生牛肉河:牛河上菜時牛肉是半生熟狀態,湯底夠香但略鹹,仍能保持水準。牛油雞翼:外皮脆但很鹹;雞翼本身非常劣質,很少肉,只有肥膏。咬下口裡滿是油,沒有雞味可言。值得一提的是,侍應會看見你吃畢後向你收錢和收拾枱面,見你未走的話便會邀請你離開。這是我來了數次也會發生的事。我明白這裡常有很多人等位,客人也應"識做",但不該由侍應擺明車馬趕客。畢竟這裡也是一間餐廳,不是大排檔....希望餐廳方面作改善。兄弟同心,合力攪好間鋪是好事;但現實看來是沒有了競爭,沒有了爭勝心,使食物和服務質素下降

牛油雞翼:外皮脆但很鹹;雞翼本身非常劣質,很少肉,只有肥膏。咬下口裡滿是油,沒有雞味可言。

值得一提的是,侍應會看見你吃畢後向你收錢和收拾枱面,見你未走的話便會邀請你離開。
這是我來了數次也會發生的事。
我明白這裡常有很多人等位,客人也應"識做",但不該由侍應擺明車馬趕客。畢竟這裡也是一間餐廳,不是大排檔....
希望餐廳方面作改善。
兄弟同心,合力攪好間鋪是好事;但現實看來是沒有了競爭,沒有了爭勝心,使食物和服務質素下降

上網看了一回清亭越南菜館,在OR一直沒有改名,叫清亭燕萍,才知道背後的故事。原來兩兄弟做的越南菜館清清亭和燕萍一同結業,選了新址合拼,當日的對手是今日的拍擋,世事真的難料。這兒的地方很大,也算滿座,人流不少。在左選又擇下,點了椰皇焗飯、蕃茄牛腩河和牛油雞翼。椰皇焗飯用上新鮮的椰皇,有椰肉可吃,香甜的,要讚的是另上一杯椰皇水,實在清涼。談到海鮮焗飯,飯底加了蛋,有很多杰身又夠味的椰汁在內,好吃的。海鮮有蝦和蟹柳,蝦是很彈牙好吃,蟹柳當多點顏色好了。蕃茄牛腩河的湯底算杰,是蕃茄加牛肉味,不會過酸或不夠味,還算不錯,連河粉吃是不錯。牛腩比較乾和韌,不討好。牛油雞翼十分貴,三十八元只有四件,見它是這兒的招牌,如何也得試一次。上碟的是兩隻雞全翼切件,而第一感覺是很油,可以多隔幾次油。味道方面,蒜頭不少,不過蒜香味不算突出,是因為牛油香味蓋過,肉質也是十分嫩滑討好的,是好吃的,沒有拆招牌。吃過兩次,還算滿意,同區少越南菜,應該長做長有。
