This is one of the chef’s recommendations, sliced pork belly with bun.
The pork belly was sliced into thin slices and grilled to perfection, you can sandwiched the pork belly between the soft and pillowy steamed buns with barbecue sauce, cucumber and scallions. All combined, it’s a snack of salty, sweet, pungent and fresh with multiple textures.

最後甜品是香蕉火焰焦糖燉蛋,有火焰效果的確令整餐飯添上完美的劃面。冷靜的效果,外層以焦糖咖啡脆口,香蕉燒至軟身連同滑溜的燉蛋美味極了。燉蛋更有雲尼嗱油,令到蛋更軟滑。

We also picked the pork ribs to share and a scallop skewer with bacon. it’s is such a lovely decorated environment with good interior design and also very spacious! lots of options in the menu too. the pork ribs was flavorful and delicious 🤤 the portion was prefect for two of us. the pork ribs was flavorful and delicious 🤤 the portion was prefect for two of us. Alongside there are also grilled corn with cheese, buttered potato! It was definitely an add on for this dish. Very satisfying and happy!

the highlight of the night was the truffle pizza with prawns! It didn’t disappoint at all, not only the crust was delicious, the layer was moist and with a good amount of truffle paste! We loved it and will come back next time for their dessert since we were so full .

這是第二推介的菜式,咖喱醬中混入蛋絲,像咖喱蟹的那個醬汁,中間有些鮮味的蟹肉絲,法包可以更脆一點就好了。

餐廳地方很大,和別的食客距離不會太近,現在出來吃飯會比較安心,餐廳提供濕紙巾供我們先清潔,可能吃法包的關係吧,環境情調燈光也不錯。

        今天(二月十三日)去了銅鍾灣時代廣場的GreenHouse吃下午茶。我很喜歡食軟殻蟹和溫泉蛋,Menu上竟然有一個軟殻蟹、溫泉蛋沙律;我當然不會放過。果然沒有令我失望,軟殻蟹很鬆脆,溫泉蛋也很好食。我的同伴叫了一碗龍蝦喇沙,看她一碗啖啖肉,很豐實。但她已經叫了「少辣」,但看她表情似乎都仍然非常辣。如果你唔食得辣,記得叫「走辣」,「少辣」都有機會中招啊。最後我再叫了一杯cinnamon mocha,但這杯mocha似乎就調得差了一點,而且相當甜,我就不推介了。
