聽講廚師係中環餐廳做左十年,OpenRice 得一個😢,就去試試個西冷牛扒同扁意粉!蘑菇湯 🍄蘑菇味濃但質感較稀,材料和水分離,面頭似加左兩滴松露油,整體不過不失。十蚊唔要求多啦蕃茄炒蜆扁意粉 🍝賣相唔差,意粉硬度適中(要嘴嚼個隻),蜆岩岩好熟、帶汁。味道方面,偏淡,冇咩蕃茄味得少少酸甜,我落左好多芝士粉至有啲咸味。意粉亦炒得唔入味,似未夠火喉和時間整。澳洲西冷牛扒 🥩賣相正常,醬似燒汁,蔬菜煎得岩岩好。扒叫左5成熟,切開周邊全熟,中心似3成,重有好多筋,肉質散,似未完全解凍就煎或唔新鮮。#唔明點解咁多好評 #老闆娘解釋澳洲牛味淡同埋意粉調味淡🙂 #蕃茄味都冇 #細節位冇分加因兩隻碟都是凍的

蕃茄炒蜆扁意粉 🍝

賣相正常,醬似燒汁,蔬菜煎得岩岩好。扒叫左5成熟,切開周邊全熟,中心似3成,重有好多筋,肉質散,似未完全解凍就煎或唔新鮮。
